Employees were helpful. The store was busy so it likely took a bit longer to set up new line and new iPhone but having worked retail management for a very long time I know how that goes. I thought the store was really nice Bob helped me he also is store manager. He was buried but did a good job meeting my needs.

I was given 3 different numbers and all 3 numbers were no help. When I went into the store, the 2 of them helped me out soooo much. These people are great! I expected the typical boring environment but this was honestly refreshing. I walked in a the first thing i got was a big hello from Halie and Bob, found it corny at first but these two grow on you quick. Bob has dad jokes that make you laugh while hes helping you and then handed me over to Halie. She was great, sweet and smart and got me set up in less than an hour. coming back when that pro max comes out for sure.

Staff were fantastic. Bob and Halie went above and beyond to help me and my wife this morning. Bob remembered to put the cartoons that my boy likes on the TV so he would also have a good experience while waiting. Left with my bill lowered by 70 dollars, would recommend.

This is the first time I’v left a review for a product or service. Anyway my phone stop functioning so I went to the Galesburg att store and had the pleasure to work with Halie. At first I didn’t think it would be a good experience but it turned out to be an amazing experience. Halie was awesome and very friendly, she did everything to save me money on my phone plan and gave more than I previously had. Thanks Halie definitely ask for her because her customer service was truly amazing!!

Absolutely terrible service here. Joe, the rep who helped us, was not useful at all. He told us that they had 20 minutes to closing when they have signs up that say they close at 5 on sundays. It’s also astonishing that he wouldn’t take the time to stay 30 minutes more after closing to make big money when they work for commission. Will never go here ever again and will go to corporate locations in the future. Ask for any representative other than joe if you decide to come here.
