I adore Starbucks on Henderson:) the baristas are always so lovely, and my drinks never disappoint!

Americanos are simple yet hit the spot! Although prices here are higher than back home, the product flavor remains constant.

Disappointed they did not have the only Starbucks coffee I like. Got a different one and it was awful.

I love the Pink drink. Its simple and it doesnt usually take long for them to have it ready. However, every other time I go there, they seem to forget to read the label, because they add the fruit and I dont like fruit in my drinks. Other than that, they are always nice and courteous.

Justins customer service was fantastic.. He was very friendly and asked us where we were from and chatted with us while we waited for our order to be completed...

I wanted a cake pop and they were out so I had to settle for a brownie then after paying for a Trenta pink drink they said they were out and I ended up with a Venti dragon fruit refresher instead. They didn’t offer my money back or anything and was kind of annoyed.

The employees at this location are the friendliest, kindest people Ive ever met at a Starbucks!For those interested in the basics, the food and coffee options are consistently well prepared and the place is always clean; although I must admit, Im usually a drive thru customer.

I ordered a black tea and lemonade in a trenta and what I got was a venti black tea no lemonade. I kindly informed the staff that my drink is wrong and they said they would remake it but then charged me for it even though they said it would be free. Not the best customer service I have experienced here.

Everytime I go to this store there’s a problem with my strawberry refresher WITH lemonade... but there’s NEVER any lemonade. They taste like strawberry water every time. I go to the Hyvee location for one almost everyday and it’s always fine. I’m just not understanding the problem and I’m not wasting another dime at this place!

One of the better Starbucks locations Ive been to in terms of drink quality and friendliness. Julia especially is such a joy. She always makes me smile when I come through the drive-up. The reason for the one star deduction is the speed is sometimes a little on the slow side and I do wish there was a better variety of seating inside.

Excellent iced white tea. An XL(has some ridiculously arrogant Starbucks name) costs 3.60, which is pricey for the area. Snacks are microwaved and highly processed, overpriced junk. Service is very good and fast. Lines arent too long at this location. Workers are clean and friendly.

The drive thru line is way too long. Expect 15 to 20 minutes of a wait.

This place has become an addiction for me. I love the drinks and baked goods. Especially the cake pops. The staff are friendly and accommodating. When the mobile app lets me order something that they are sold out of, they always make it right by either replacing the item with something else or giving me a gift card as a refund.

I’ve been is Galesburg working away from home for a couple of weeks which is no fun. Stopped by the N.Henderson location to get a Venti White Chocolate Mocha on 2/28 around 5:30ish pm. The young lady who took my order and made my coffee was so friendly from start to finish. Great attitude and was smiling the whole time. Seemed to really be enjoying here job. Huge pick me up for myself! Thanks 🙏

I use the mobile app and get free drinks about once a week. Order on the app and drive up to the window and get your drinks, very easy. So far havent tried any of the food, but I plan to soon! When on our last trip, the app made it easy to locate stores along the way. The baristas are very friendly and prompt at our Galesburg IL store. The drinks are great and so far always been great!

The wonderful smell of coffee and chocolate wafted in the air as we entered the Starbucks. The coffee was hoy and fresh! My white chocolate mocha was perfect no need to add anything. The best way to visit with friends from out of town. God Bless this buiness!!!

Best Starbucks in western Illinois, maybe even the world. The service is award winning, particularly the service from Em, Julia, and Aiden. Amazing. This Starbucks will surely sweep you off your feet.

Frappuccinos was delicious, put I found my regular coffee was a bit strong for me. We paid it forward after first car did.

I like Starbucks and that is also what I drink at home. They put out a very good product and the atmosphere is always preferred.
