They don’t understand what customer service is. Ever since the remodel the attitudes have gone downhill. I get reminded every time I try to give them another try.

Called too ask if a product was in and she goes no very rude and hung up the phone . This has happened to me more then once very rude customer service .

The staff here is quite accommodating. The young man, Dallas, is exquisite and very polite. Hes always quick to see if I need any help, offering bags, or even just sharing a smile. The store as a whole is doing quite well in my opinion.

Im getting real tired of going there and not having any fluid in the dispenser for cleaning the windshield!

I am very disgusted with my visit today! I went to use the restroom and they were out of toilet paper so I asked my daughter to go and ask for some. 10 min later no paper. So I called my husband who was in the car and asked him to go in and ask again. The guy at the counter made him buy toilet paper!!!! So 20 min and $5 later I finally got out of the restroom and will not be going back!!

The morning manager was very rude . They double charged me and then told me I had to go and get bank statements and jump through a bunch of hoops to get my money back. This is the second time the staff was rude to me. I will not be returning.

Me and my friends went into this gas station and we were looking around for something to drink the guy working was staring at us the whole time, we asked him why he was staring at us and he accused us of stealing something when we didn’t and then made up a lie saying that we drank “5 slushees” in a matter of 3 minutes

Wanted to uze airpump only and it was broken. Bummer
