Had my car detailed a week ago. It looked GREAT!!! My car is 12 years old. Looked like new again. Will use them again.

I used a company called cleaning wizard to clean expensive rugs I have after they had reassured me they could and telling me their the best around. Very poor service hard to get a hold of it took 2 weeks to get my rugs back. They gave back to me looking like they hadn’t been touched I called complained and came back to pick up rugs again which I was grateful but this time brought back looking worse than what they were when u gave to them. I called Gallup Auto Detail and they said they could clean them no problem. I had my rugs back in a day looking and smelling brand new. I have no idea what this other company did but that was the worst experience and a huge waste of money. Wish I could get a refund. Gallup Auto Detail cleaned for half the price. Very thankful as I was told these rugs couldn’t be cleaned by anyone. Wow the nerve of some people. I highly recommend Gallup Auto Detail you can thank me later.

I took my vehicle to get steam cleaned. They had a machine on the driver side and passenger side. That machine ruined my tint on both sides. Also scratched my door handle on the indoor passenger side. I DO NOT recommend this place!!

WARNING!!!! A SCAM!!!Owner promises to do all kinds of work. He lies to get your money. He wants to be paid all up front. There were 4 things that didnt get done. Owner blocked my vehicle from leaving when I was outside talking to him about the roof that did not get cleaned & polished, the solar panels on the roof werent cleaned, the undercarriage wasnt cleaned & touch up paint was not applied. I told him I wanted to go by the brush & he told me he had one. He quoted me a price of $180 of which I paid $100 up front. Sure glad I didnt pay the $80. I wouldnt pay until he finished. He wa getting threatening. I left without the under carriage being clean just to get away from the ownerIf you try him, DO NOT PAY UP FRONT.HES A SCAM!!!!!
