I went there last night to get my battery and alternator tested. The guy that assisted me was super helpful. It was very refreshing because customer service in the city of Gallup can be a hit or miss.

Always helpful staff. Got my 2 new batteries there. Now ordering an antennae mast, well see how that goes it says it will be the correct fit for vehicle

They helped me and gave me recommendations for batteries for my trucks. I have a 84 and a 17. Automatically said our cheapest one is... they gave prices on good better and best.

There was a line and 3 cashiers came to the rescue. Good prices and treatment!

Service was horrible two people helping at the counter while the other workers on the floor. Customers walking out leaving merchandise. Phones ringing with no answer. Overall bad customer service. Tons of empty shelves. Bring a former employee I know this is not how you are supposed to run a store.

When ORileys dont got what you need, AutoZone does . Good prices and friendly employees..

Parking is tight for full size trucks and turn off has unforgiving high curb..so prepare to face out going traffic by the hairs of your chin.

Ordered parts by phone, they were in when they said parts were going to be in plus I got a call on it. It was great.

Love getting parts with them. But wish the lines were shorter but also need to sanitize a little bit more but other than that its great.

Customer service was great! They do however need to hire more, the place was packed, and stocking hadnt even happened.

NO STARS bad customer service. I called on the phone about 6 ton jack stands, they told me it was in stock, and that they will hold the product for me untill I get there. I give my name and number then went over there. I asked about the 6 ton jack stands that was on hold for me. The guy working there tells me he doesnt know any product jack stands on hold by my name. To top it off, he tells me he never heard of 6 ton jack stands. I thought this guy was joking or messing with me but he insisted he never seen or heard of 6 ton jack stands. Ridiculous. I ended up buying the 6 ton jack stands from Carquest auto parts instead shortly after. They were super awesome and had good customer service way better than AutoZone!!

Sometimes there is a pretty long line. Wait time kinda sucks. Good place

Done shopping here. I mean I dont buy thousands of dollars in parts. But everytime I come here its been complicated to ask for assistance. A simple check engine light issue. Give me the diagnosis and a quote for the parts I need. Thats it. I didnt ask to rebuild my car. 🤬✌ Im out.

I love auto zone. If they dont have what I need they will get it or let me know if another nearby store has it in stock. They also will put your new windshield wipers for no charge.

Wasnt greeted as I walked into the establishment. Dont receive and help even after I made it obvious I was confused looking for what I needed. I ended up grabbing 2 different brands of what I needed, to ask the professional which was better. After rudely being directed to the next available computer, I received very little reassurance I was getting the best product (given my situation). Not at all how I feel a customer should feel when visiting a, most commonly unfamiliar territory.

Disorganized and limited inventory compared to other auto zones.

Long lines. Sometimes cashier too busy with customers. You stand there waiting to get cashed out. Parts and all supplies are wonderful.

5 associates in in the store, only one helping customers. Phone ringing constantly and no one answering it. I used to work at AutoZone and this is not how they used to do business!

Called ahead, they supposedly put my part aside for me. Drove 2 hours, when I get there, they tell me no part was put aside, the part was not even in stock. Wasted time, gas, and effort. They didnt even apologize. I went to O Reilly.

This place just does not have customer interest much less customer appreciation no one is ever happy here and the why am I even working here feeling I get from them is so thick that I go and recommend carquest just down the road. AutoZone employees should go there and get a feel of what its like to work with customers.

Started out looking for a battery for my truck. First stop at OReilly by Albertson not good service. Went across to north side auto zone. Was help by tiffany she gave us great service and had knowledge of questions we had.
