Zero Stars, the customer service is horrible and rude. I have been trying for 2weeks to get a patch done on my tire as I had originally bought my tires here back in June. As of yesterday I was told drop the tire off and come back in the am. So I sent my father in and the gentleman in the front proceeded to tell him thats not what he told me when he clearly did as I had him on speaker when I initially called so my father could hear also.Gallup needs a new tire chain as it serves a majority of the Navajo Nation with better customer service skills. As of yesterday I had enough so I contacted the main corporate. However I will not be going back to this location. I have dealt with pepboys for several years now in several locations but Gallup is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
Service manager is rude. If you are unhappy in your position and its the beginning of the day then you have problems. By 9am they were booked. Your business would be so much better with great customer service. Zero stars.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to get my AC fixed (requires a simple charge and freon, takes about 30-45 minutes) and the guy told me he couldnt do it because my van was diesel? Had my mechanic from work call him and eventually he admitted he was able to do it, but was all booked up at 9 am. Lazy, careless, awful people. Our company has a national account with Pep Boys and this one has by far been the absolute worst weve ever experienced. Extremely disappointed. Would give ZERO stars if I could!
They dont sell parts anymore and the employees are rude when you ask about it.
Went in to get some parts and they had the entire place closed off except for the tire shop. I get that Covid is a big scary thing but wow. Every other place was open for business and we dont even have a mask mandate anymore. When I asked the four employees standing around doing absolutely nothing if I could get a fuel filter and a could batteries anywhere else in town they told me they had no idea then literally turned away from me to continue their conversation. Its Gallup, theres only two other places and they knew darn good and well they were open and where they were. They just couldnt be bothered so I took my business to AutoZone as they seemed to actually want the business.
Went for the complimentary tire pressure check and my air bag supports...said they only do tires(they wouldnt check air bag psi) and it would be at least 1 1/2 hrs...to hot to sit in the sun and wait for a hr.... believe they are short staffed..
Staff is helpful and kept me informed on status of the work being done on my vehicle. Im well pleased with my experience with Pep Boys.
Great service. Bernadette helped me out when my low-pressure warning light came on in my van. Luckily all they needed was some air and she didnt even charge me. If I need service again Im coming back here.
I could not believe how effective they were in communicating with me about the pros and cons of AWD ownership and maintenance! Literally shined a whole new light on AWD vehicles for me. I for one highly recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs or upkeep and especially for new tires. Awesome and great customer service! Who ever is at the front desk - the beautiful girl with the glasses deserves a raise! I believe her name tag read Bernadette. Will visit again! 100%! Could not ask for a better place in the Four Corners area!
We had a trailer tire blow out on I 40. We stopped in to Pep Boys to see if we could replace the tire to continue on our trip. The young lady at the counter took on our tire replacement immediately and helped us get back on the road in 30 minutes.
Super expensive! Good service!
Very helpful and friendly staff.Best place to get all car needs done
Was having car issues, Im not from the area FYILady at the front desk was super rude and hatefulThere was no one on site that could do a simple diagnosis on my truck to see why its over heating.Awful customer service
Only a tire service location, no store useless
The cashier is rude and sarcastic. I asked him for assistance with bringing car battery from the car to the store.I have issues with my back. They need to assist elders.
Stay away. 1 day service can be 3 days. Only 2 mechanics. And check out lady is rude. If I could put no stars I would.
Went to pep boys in gallop New MexicoStore was not busy it took 2.5 hours to put two tires on rims that I carried into the store while I sat with trailer on jacks worst tire store I’ve ever been too
My family and I were traveling when we had a tire blow. They refused to do all 4 tires and would only do one. After charging us for install, they made us drive off site to put on the tire. It was 10 minutes before they closed. We put the tire on, placed the donut back, and reloaded our car before closing time. Assistant “Service” Manager was rude. So much for providing great service from Ms. “Service” Manager🙄
They changed their store inside and not sure what it has become but, one thing for sure is they need more training in customer service and maybe put on a smile. You need customers thats where you get your paycheck from. that thought should be at the forefront of your mind every time a customer walk through your doors
God help you if you have to ever go in here. The manager - the worst!I will never ever go in another PepBoys again. It was that bad.
I had to get a tire repaired, replace a sensor, & this Big-O tire place didnt turn us down. They worked well with a Neighboring Thoreau, New Mexico towing salesman. Great Job!!!
Ordered part online and the store hours said they were open until 10 pm. Got there and they were closed. Some one is not doing their job.
Not so peppy! I hope that the service my car received far succeeded the service I didnt. Likely a decent place? I had heard that this business was at one time exceptional. I felt like a complete inconvenience and I believe that mine was the only vehicle in the service bay for its lengthy stay.I was however given a resonable quote for further service. I would like to proceed, but hesitate after the lackadaisical approach that the staff presented today.🚗
I had my work vehicle serviced here, and I remember a couple times I brought vehicles here & always had a great experience.
They helped me out even though I wasnt a customer. Let me borrow a jack so I could change my tire. Great people
Very poor place to go .. cant even call to get an alignment schedule... There phone dont even work
First time here & I gotta say, shame on me for not coming sooner. To be honest I just thought the place was a car parts store. I didnt know they actually did car service/maintenance. I had some heavy-duty work done and it was quick, considering what I had done, and the guys behind the counter were very pleasant. And the prices?? Thats the best part. What wouldve cost me close to $400 at the dealer cost me less than half! The manager, Alex Wood sure knows his stuff! I will probably return to this place in the future.
Do not carry steel wheels for trailers.
Tire shop and oil changes.
Customer service was absolutely horrible!! Waiting area is small causing customers to stand and my sons sat on the floor. Waited there for about 7 hours for them to test and install a starter. They did not give me any updates on my car. I had to keep going to the counter and bugging them. They never called me to the counter or my phone like they said they would. Even when my car was ready they didnt let me know! As I was getting home I had heard noises under my car and something fell and when I turned around to check it was tools left under my car!! I will never go back!! Spend your time and money somewhere else!
This place is awesome. Very good customer service. Austin, I think hes the manager, was very helpful. They even stayed open late for me. I cant remember the other person name but it stated with a d their great too
Great store and the service is good too.The people are really good. They guide you in the right direction for advice and wouldnt push their products. The store is pretty huge and you will find most of your auto services and parts here.Ample parking is available.
No more pepboys
Car broke down on road trip, guys fixed the problem and got me back on the road in less than a day! Highly recommended!
I got the tire i luv
Fun, friendly, and family like atmosphere. Very polite and professional. Helpful to the very end of service. Thanks appreciate your help, please keep up the good work.
Garrett was not only polite and respectful but he also tried very hard to find us the tire we needed. When he couldnt, he found it for us in Albuquerque. Very kind, caring young man. He did not charge us for taking off the bad tire and putting on the spare. Excellent service.
Rude rude rude Navajo guy behind the counter WITHOUT A MASK!! if you hate your job go home!!
Very few coupons for service type deals and their free service isnt done unless asked for in advance, why offer if you have to ask? Several months before, Id say what I dont need done but now ask and if they have time theyll do it but not with a smile. Cant order parts here either, went out of business, as I was told. Call ahead for prices and ask if they have right oil for your oil service, limited supply?
Great customer service. Just dont go there if youre in a hurry for an oil change. Had to wait 24 hours to get our vehicle back.
Very bad experience. Had two tires replaced after a flat, and they rotated the wheels, placing my uni-directional tires on in the wrong direction. Took my car to Toyota for a vibration a month after replacing the two tires and a big chunk of my tire was missing and the tread was worn completely off on my 1 year old tires that was placed incorrectly on my car by pep boys. Took it back to pep boys and the service manager Alec did nothing but give excuses, saying it was a manufacturer defect when Toyota said it most likely is from the wrong rotation. Never even got an apology. I know its not his fault but never once said, Im sorry this happened to you. He said the tread was already low. If the tread was already low, why wasnt this brought to my attention at the time?? I checked the tread on my tires after my service, and it was not even close to the tread now, which is non-existent. Couldnt answer either for the oversight or incompetence of the mechanic who rotated the tires incorrectly or for the service. Said that since it had been a month since the rotation there was nothing he could do. Once I took a closer look at my receipt from my original purchase, it said I had declined an alignment as well. Never once did their employees ask me if I wanted an alignment. If they offered, I wouldve said yes to the $90 charge. Once I brought that up, nothing but excuses again. Absolutely infuriating experience with pep boys and Im sorry I brought my car there for service.
Not what i though we cansee
No complaints. They had what I needed. Polite clerks. Clean store.
A couple of months ago, I had my 2011 Chevy impala back rotters replaced and no problems and service was great. Now Im scheduling for service on my front rotters replaced. Hopefully shocks too. Thanks Pep Boys.
Worst place ever. Had my tire replaced there and the technician did not change valve stem (which is only $3 to replace and government mandated) and put our lives in danger. Wait time there is also a nightmare.
Cashier failed to charge for items and place in my bag specific items which I had gone for. The fringe items I took home. When I called back they were very helpful and held my items at customer service until I could go back 50 miles one way to pick up the last two they had. As a courtesy they gave a discount, which was good! THANK YOU!!!
I was traveling on the 40 overnight on a Saturday night. Blew out one rear tire on a dually and my spare wasnt all that great and was loosing air and coming apart Fter a couple hours. I ended up in Gallup at 7am Sunday morning on the way to Colorado Springs.Walmart opened first, didnt have my size. Firestone on the Google said they opened at 8 but didnt open till 9. They didnt have my size. Pep Boys next. They had my size a d in different price ranges and were able to get me on the road in 30 min.Friendly people and a good price.
All I got here was an oil change, but they went on to tell me my car was in need of several repairs, and that they could offer me discounts and fix everything for the low price of $2,200.Ive since had two different mechanics look at my car and tell me everything is in good working condition. Dont trust these guys!
The wait was a bit long but they got me fixed up a lot quicker than the Firestone across town could have.
We had a blow out about 25 miles out of Gallup, called them at 7:15 (they dont close until 8) and asked if they had another tire. They said unless we get there by 7:30 they wouldnt be able to help me. Limping in on the spare we got there at 7:50 and they didnt care, they said no, I told you if you got her by 7:30 we would help so no. Shows what kind of company they are! I wouldnt take my business there for nothing. Stayed at the best Western and the next day we went to Route 66 discount tire and they were awesome! Great help and now we are back on the road!
Fast service
Great service on oil change and tires.
We make a appointment for 10:30 for our A.C and we show up to found out we have to wait cause they only have one person to do the A.C than we also asked to get our tires fix and they had our truck sitting in the shop for a hour and half we asked and they did nothing cause THEY LOST OUR KEYS TO THE TRUCK and almost misplace the work order. If you come here cause its cheaper prepare for your vehicle to be here all day maybe the next day but the only person who is will to help and his name is Adam go to him if you want anything to happen
Decent hustle getting us out and on the road on a Sunday. Fair price and good service.
I am stunned with the above and beyond customer service I received. i needed help replacing my new license plate because I didnt have my tools. Without blink of an eye an employee was out at my car replacing it for me along with the cover I purchased. I also needed a key made just to unlock my car door, because I have locked my keys in a time or two, and they made very informative reccomendations to make sure I was prepared if it were ever to happen again. I did not just have one employee trying to help, I had two employees helping to make a team effort. Thank you so much for making myvisit a very exceptional experience.
Ive only taken my beloved GTO here for basic services (oil changes, alignments, brake fluid change, tire mounting/balancing), and they have done a great job each time.
Traveling cross country. Girlfriends tire goes flat as we reach the hotel we booked nearby. She creeps into Pep Boys. Not closed yet, but about 15 minutes until. They check the tire, even hit it with the soapy water, say nothing is wrong. They fill it with air and tell her to come back in the morning if low.Of course, it is low. Roll back to the shop, and while they are open, I am told they have no techs until after noon. Not ok for us, weve got to get back on the road.Took the car to the shop across the street (rhymes with Melta), and the tired is fixed shortly after. Spoke with the tech, who informed me that the issue was a very large, very obvious nail. This tells me that the Pep Boys techs are lazy/avoiding work. While yes, it was close to closing, it doesnt take much work or time to patch a tire. Was quite disappointed.
Busy busy. Be patient especially on the first of the month. I did a walk in for an oil change at 2 pm. I was done at 5. But the service was good. Michael was helpful and informative. I took his recommendation for fuel treatment and tire rotation. Great store layout and plenty of parking. A big plus is that baby changing station in the mens room. Plenty of parking. Thanks for the discount.
They help us get the information that we needed about the car. Great communication and professionalism.
Having been in this store multiple times I cannot possibly give it more than 2 stars. The service department is downright rude. I find diagnostic pricing too expensive. One time I had a service done and my car sat was stained. The mechanic acted all out of sorts because I demanded he clean it. A manager did it for me. On the plus side, they do have the best selection of accessories and cleaners in town.
Looking for Lucas deep clean Diesel DPF. This store didnt hear about it yet. I had purchase this item already from OReily store. Going back there plus buying brake set.
They have very good prices, very professional, but most of all, they treat you like family! 👍
Awesome experience! web orders, parts counter, or simply needing advice you get it in a professional manner. locals may downgrade our pep boys and they still return for expert advice. gallup pep boys you guys are awesome!!
Darrell is an awesome help.Thank you
Geeze dont have specific american car products... said they had to order it... so i had to go to autozone
Cashier trying to over charged for a 3.99 dollars item but they didnt have what I was looking for
Had an emergency blew two tires on our RV on a road trip had to disconnect and leave the RV on the side of I40 because they said come in we will take care of you quickTwo hours to change two tires when I brought in the wheels. It literally takes 5 mins to mount and balance a tire. You could of had a satisfied customer. Instead you get a bad review and complaint to management and Corperate.
Broke down on a move pulling a U-Haul with my car over heating intermittently. Got towed in and sat in the car all night. (The hotel next door didnt allow pets). The tow truck driver said they were a bunch of nice guys and would take care of me unhook- the U-Haul, fix the car and hook the U-Haul back up. Sorry to say nothing was further from the truth. They were not friendly at all. Would not unhitch the trailer and I had to drive my car to the local U-Haul to have it unhitched and leave it there. Then went back with my cat in a pet carrier and sat there all day waiting. They decided I needed a new thermostat and a radiator flush n fill. All while telling me i shouldnt be pulling a small uhaU-H with my car in which the hitch was dealer installed. Turns out the thermostat and pulling a trailer had nothing to do with the over heating. I needed a water pump! Found out too late after breaking down again, getting towed to a dealership and being told the block was cracked. Yep, they have a monopoly going there n treat travelers pretty crappy!I had to leave my car at the dealership and find alternate arrangements to finish the last 1000 miles of a 2000 mile trip. In light of the bad news I no longer have a car. I cant afford to replace the block. In turn I cannot get another car. Mine was a 2011, paid for and regularly serviced and maintained. Now its just a hunk of metal junk with newer tires and no one wants it.After the nice review from the tow truck driver who also worked at the U-Haul place, the guys at Pep Boys stated they would not unhook the U-Haul trailer as they had complaints from U-Haul stating they damaged had previously damaged trailers.I received a call over a month ago to discuss options of what they could do to resolve the issue. My car back was my first choice but they said that was not happening. Second choice was to refund the cost of repairs as he did admit they could find nothing wrong with my car. We agreed to refund and would need to go to higher up for approval but I am still waiting. Two months or more went by and I called regional office to find out if a refund was coming. Somehow after my last conversation reaching an agreement the case was closed and should not have been. Was assured it would be forwarded on up. While later the same day I received a call from the store manager apologizing and to contact him for any further questions on the issue and a check would be sent out. It did arrive within a day or two via FedEx.
I have four points to my review. The store has quality products. 1)The staff are just awful, cashiers are semi rude and the parts people are not helpful. 2)I had my automobile serviced for a alignment, the appointment was for 11am, I waited until 11.30. After I waited again in wait area, they came to me and suggested other services, I had most done at a dealership. 3)The portion that gets me the most is they treat women like idiots, selling them stuff that are much more pricey and taking advantage of their nieveity to automobiles. 4)Online sales with the main site is good, but the store is another story. They dont honor the main website. Disappointing.
Just ok. No more auto parts. Tires and services
Made an appointment online 2 hours before my appointment time. Get there and they told me the alignment would take about an hour. After 40 minutes of waiting my car was still in the lot untouched. By the time they got my car on the lift, an hour had passed. It took two hours to do the work and when I complained to the man at the desk his only response was were not notified when someone makes an appointment online
I had a very bad experience here recently. Came in for a wheel alignment but I was still out of spec (no big deal it happens). The guy at the desk recommended I should install camber kits and just bring the car back within 90 days to have it realigned for free. Bought the camber kit elsewhere and installed it myself. Came back the next weekend for the free alignment and was told that they cant do it for free and charged me 94$ again for the service. VERY misleading and poor communication! not happy at all.
Tire and Auto service ONLY!!! Shopping store inside completely empty except for Auto services and Tires ONLY!!!
Great people who went out of their way to help me. 10/10 would recommend.
Had the misfortune of having some one break into our car, pop our hood, and steal our battery in the town of Gallup NM. We called pep boys, they said they could help us out, and seemed eager to have us over the phone, but nothing was further from the truth. We got the car towed there and they were hostile with us the entire time, including suggesting our car could be stolen in their parking lot and we shouldnt leave it there overnight, as if we could drive it without a battery or wanted to hire ANOTHER tow truck, and have them tow it where???? To our hotel, to have it towed back to pep boys again the next morning?? And what do that 6 times because weve been here 3 days now? Were 1500 miles from home buddy, youre kinda our only hope. And we wouldnt have had it towed there had you not sounded so welcoming on the phone. The people that work there make you think, why would someone who is so unfriendly work in a customer service position. Apparently pep boys was a huge mistake and has only added to the anxiety of being 1500 miles from home and contributing to the feelings of us being completely helpless. Weve been stranded here for 3 and a half days now, were almost thinking about throwing the truck on local craigs list and hoping we get enough money to rent a car home. I really wouldnt have gone on vacation tho if it meant I had to ditch my everyday driver 1500 miles from home. It honestly feels like were being discriminated against. We have a very common chevy truck, a battery cable replacement shouldnt have taken more than 3 hrs let alone 3+ days, yet it has and the timer is still going. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON BEING IN GALLUP FOR 3+ DAYS AND LIKE RECIVING THREATS FROM YOUR MECHANIC THAT YOUR CAR MIGHT DISAPPEAR OVERNIGHT. What a horrible thing to threaten us with too, not 5 hrs after we just had our car broken into.... Too soon bro.
This Pepboys location in gallup New Mexico failed to meet my expectations. On Saturday October 27, 2018 around 7:37pm, I was in line to purchase my items. The store was very quiet and there was only 2 customers in the store. As I was waiting in line, I heard gerret the manager and a female service technician making ugly remarks about customers. I couldnt ignore it because they was talking loud. Then I heard gerret say another ugly remark and this time about me. I heard gerret say check out that fat guy in the grey shirt then the female tech said ewwww that guy is gross. They both started laughing and making more comments about me. I been shopping here for years and I know gerret as a manager. I never thought he would be so unprofessional at his job. I would recommend gerret be re coach or train in customer services skills. Also the female service technician needs training in customer services skills. I planned to do my business elsewhere. Thanks for reading.
The staff there is LAZY! If you go there for tires be ready to do your own tire. These guys wont take off your tire for you, there too busy on there cell phones! Wont be going there again.
I have to give a Big Shout Out to Sonny the Manager,he went Above and Beyond to help meThanks Again Sonny!!!!!!!
Take alone time to do change tires
Cashier was great out of stock ?? Of product and was on phone for 5 minutes before i talked to a parts person
Isaac is an angel. You can trust him. I broke down with a bad alternator while traveling from Oregon to Texas, a single gal in a 1990 Chevy conversion van. He took me under his wing and i am forever grateful.
I would give it 0 stars if I could. After how I was treated by your staff today in the service department today, I will NEVER, and I mean never use you facility again. Your staff in the service department needs customer service training.
40% off all shelf items want the hat and hitch cover thing.
Well stocked, clean, well organized and the checkout clerk was very helpful.
Garrett was super nice! And I feel bad that I have to write this review but we had the worst customer service experience. We had to come back after getting one tire replaced because a couple of alerts appeared on my dash immediately after pulling out of the parking lot which was way too much of a coincidence. When we got back the manager Alec was unapologetic, showed no sign of humanity. Not even a man that sucks- refused to acknowledge the coincidence that was incredibly obvious and refused to have it checked out without CHARGING for the car to be serviced even though he just had people with hands on my vehicle. I think hes forgetting the fact that if something were to go wrong while we were driving that thats a huge liability on him and the pep boys corp. what a bummer, any small car shop would have been happy to lend a hand for the sake of safety. Corporations are just training people to be robots, such a shame. First and last time that Ill ever give this place money.
Three and a half hours for four new tires service sucks
If I could put in a negative # I would. Battery went dead & we were in their parking lot. It was 5:30 & they dont close till 8 but the manager told us they couldnt look at it till 11:00 the next day. When we asked if they could just take the battery out so we could buy a new one they again told us 11:00. Shortly after that the manager left and drove past us without asking if we at least needed a jump. Do NOT come here
Great deal on my Cooper A/T tires. Friendly staff
Upselling, sllow service, promise 90 minutes job but takes twice longer or more
They were very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle.
I like the details they point out, staff hard at work with the amount of people passing thru Gallup
Great service each time I go in for parts.
Asked for the price of a tune up and asked if machanics were certified. Guy on the phone ack why? My response was i need to trust in there ability do a good goob
Recently took my car in for an oil change right after head gaskets were replaced. When i checked the oil level shortly after, it was dirty and overfull by nearly a quart (which can blow the main engine seal). Plus the plug was way over tightened. They obliviously didnt fully drain before refilling. Of course they did nothing to remedy the problem, said video looked fine. Yeah. So where did the extra dirty oil come from? Incompetent and rude. And what i was told would be 45 minutes took around 2 hours.
They where awsome, helped me with everything I needed
Was the first one to the store and parked by the door where cones say drive up service. I needed a brake job and Left Front cv axle. After no one came to my car I asked the guy who opened up to help me. He said you have to go inside to the service desk where a man who came in after me was being waited on. Only one mechanic on duty, I had to wait an hour while the man who knew the staff got what pep boys call a 30 minute oil change.9:15 a mechanic finally got my car on the rack to see what I needed. I was given an estimate of 2 hours and $883 parts and labor for new calipers, pads and rotors on the rear and an axle on the front left wheel. At the time of writing this, it is 11:25 am and were waiting on the correct axel. The guy who wrote up my repair order and ordered my axel thought front left axel meant his left and not the left side of my car. So, at their convenience, they will go back to where they buy car parts and hopefully get the correct left front axel...the cars left side not the guy pulling the part.Pep Boys is a good name but at no point during my interaction with the staff here did I see any PEP. 30 minutes became an hour and 2 out of 3 parts ordered were correct.
The Service manager at this location gave me the wrong quote and didnt admit to it when I came back to get my Car fixed. For a Manager to be a liar is bad customer service. What do expect from rez dudes I guess. Thats why Navajo to navajo business is always going to be bad. Unfortunately as a Service Manager to lie outright set a bad tone for this PepBoys. I dont do business with dishonest people I cant imagine how many elders and navajo people they fooled. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Terrible experience, I arrived at bay one at 8:01 (according to my cellular phone), for 8:00 appt. & waited to be flagged in. At 8:03 I decided to walk into the office. Tech was working on computer and seemed busy. A few minutes later asked if he could help me. I stated I was there for my 8:00 appt. he said its 8:12 and that he had given it away. I left disgusted, noting that the Navajo clerk and the Navajo customer who was given my spot, could care less that I had been counting on that appointment to get me in the road. I walked back to my my vehicle dejected, realizing that this must be exactly how my close Navajo friends feel when they talk about discrimination. Upon arrival, I grabbed my phone to search for another service center and discovered Walmart.., the time was then 8:07 on the phone. Wait a minute! A few minutes ago the tech told me it was 8:12? Hoping the tech would listen to reason, I returned to Pep Boys office and said, Did you know your clock is fast? It doesnt matter, we go by the computers time. Now fully realizing the ignorance & discrimination (not having to read the entire book, to know how that story would end), I promptly left & went to Walmart. The tech at Walmart took me in instantly. Walmart performed the service with excellent workmanship and charged me 20% less than Pep Boys had quoted me! My advice, steer clear of Pep Boys and definitely go to Walmart., (especially if youre a white cracker like myself ). Pep Boys rating is low for a reason, the writing is on the wall, or your screen so to say! Read other reviews, dont take my word for it! Me, personally I have a fleet of trucks and will never give any business to a Pep Boys franchise, ANYWHERE, after my egregious experience here in Gallup. For you travelers, Walmart is 1/2 mile away & they will treat you right, for less money and youll leave with a smile on your face.., unlike Pep Boys who leave you with a knot in your stomach and a feeling of utter frustration.
