Service was good but.....they brewed a new batch of Pikes Place. It was not hot at all. My husband was very disappointed. Not a good way to start his day. Just make sure ur coffee is hot next time.

I like coffee. I dont like Starbucks prices. Over all though its a decent startbucks when compared to others.

Girl behind the counter said shed be right with me, then proceeded to keep doing her unnecessary fiddling with price tags instead of helping customers. Poor customer service, but thats pretty normal for Gallup.

First coffee when I got back to the States, the barista who made it made perfect foam! Which I can never get anywhere. I just wish the drinks were more consistent, I cant seem to get another coffee as delicious or nice as this one pictured. The others I havent even bothered to finish.

These workers had told us that they were out of matcha but a woman behind me asked for a matcha latte and they sold it to her and grabbed the matcha powder from a cabinet.Why wouldnt they sell to me and sell to another customer???? Horrible service.

It is inside Safeway and Safeway sucks! Safeway PA system is too loud and the music is obnoxious. But when tyranny rules youll be lucky they dont throw your ass in jail for sniffing the air wrong! The wifi is the 2nd best in town - - Home depot is the fastest.

Went into Starbucks-Safeway this morning to purchase Christmas gifts and the employees working were withholding items in the back for their own purchases and would not allow customers to see what was available…Starbucks-Safeway EMPLOYEES Need customer service training, pronto! The actual Safeway store employees are the BEST, but the Starbucks side employees are a different breed…Any good and dignified employee would know they aren’t supposed be making purchases during working hours or withholding company product from paying customers…THESE EMPLOYEES NEED TO SHOP ON THEIR PRIVATE TIME NOT COMPANY TIME.

Terrible. 45 minute wait. Tried to use app then wasted my money since they wouldnt let me pick it up through the 45 minute line of cars. Sure they care about the environment. You change out paper towels in the bathroom and get rid of straws and you think that offsets the 30 cars wasting gasoline when they could just grab a mobile order?? Really Starbucks? Thats nothing but virtue signaling at its finest! Despicable.....

Expensive but great. If you love coffee that is. Expect to pay at a premium price.

I think they forgot to add the extra shot to my latte. Also they would not accept my Starbucks app for payment. So no points were awarded. Disappointed. Recommend staying with corporate branches. Too bad the nearest one is 200 plus miles away!

This coffee joint is not a good place. They hardly ever have anything in stock. Constantly a long line that isnt due to the amount of customers but the slow productivity of the workers.This isnt a legit Starbucks. I wouldnt recommend this place. My white chocolate mocha didnt taste the same as Safeways Starbucks. Ill stick to Safeways starbucks.. theyre much more polite as well.

Why I will not come back,- Drive way is a disaster to go thru, thanks for making Gallup even more crowded.- Forgetting what people ordered is pretty one star material.- And lastly who ever made my coffee needs more training, this is not coffee. But then again it’s Starbucks in Gallup.It’s 2020, get it together.

I have only had those a very long time ago and only for one of the Halloween themed drinks. I can still recall the great taste up to today so I will give this business a 4 star only because it is a bit expensive.

I love the vibe and employee are super friendly. Of course, I love the coffee and tea.

They had frappuccino drinks, while the standalone in the same parking lot was wiped out! Great drinks & service.

Its a Starbucks inside a Safeway. The closest entrance is on the left. Unlike some other Starbucks inside Safeway, this one has decent seating space- five tables in an area segregated from the rest of the store (instead of a couple small tables next to the shopping isle). Friendly service, standard menu. Not a bad place to meet for a morning drink.

Tried some frozen coffee here but its not for me. Service was good and I saw how they nice they were to the customers. Customers were happy with what they ordered.

There are two locations... I went to purchase a Christmas drink and receive a free usable cup --->they ran out! 😬 I then went to the one in Safeway...there was a line, but they did have cups! Yay! 😊 I ordered the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha...delish! 😋

This Starbucks is located inside a Safeway grocery store, so it is a contract operation and does not accept gift cards or app payments. Also, there is limited seating and a grocery store ambiance. Still, the coffee is up to usual Starbucks standards and priced accordingly.

Were driving from Indianapolis Indiana to California. I stopped at this location and was weary because it had bad reviews. I had a great experience. I think they could use another barista in there to help the 2 that were there working hard. Im a gold card member and I used it to pay and the cashier was very helpful and polite. It was pretty quick service for the line that was accumulating! They did a good job, my drink was tasty and made just as I ordered!

When we want a treat we go there. Love starbuck.

Always busy because its the only one in the area, which already makes me love it. Staff has always been friendly but most importantly, my drink has always been made to perfection.

No stars!!!! App wont allow for no star rating!! Terrible!! Out of everything! Brought own cup and they refused to charge refills price, charged full price for tea even though they were out of all cups. When I started wow you must be busy, Barista stated that the manager did not order properly.

A small, but surprisingly full service Starbucks location inside the Safeway store. So often the in-store Starbucks (e.g. many of those in Barnes n Noble book stores) have a very limited selection of drinks and snacks. This location has dark roast, in addition to the usual Pike, a nice selection of snacks, and even local area coffee mugs for the mug collectors. Open when Safeway is open. Enter thru the left-hand Safeway door... In spite of the fact that the Starbucks sign is next to the other door

Located inside the Safeway in Gallup, this Starbucks was very busy when we were there (around noon) - there was a lineup about 10 people long waiting to order. Fortunately, the baristas were pumping out the drinks as quickly as the orders came in, so once the drink was ordered it didnt take long at all.Quality of the iced coffees that we had was on par with the typical Starbucks quality weve come to expect.In all, theyre doing a good job of handling the traffic that would likely warrant a full-size store here.

Coffee is awesome, only setback is long lines and waiting time.

They HAVE TO get rid of those damn pump coffee dispensers because my coffee was luke warm. I asked for a hot cup of coffe, they said it was busy and it would take atleast 10 minutes or more. Never going to get coffe at any starbucks that has those damn pump dispensers. Luke warm coffee EVERYTIME at any starbucks that has those dispensers.
