Would give a 0 if I could. Got to the door where the older male Indian employee was holding it open. And he just lets its close. I was literally right there. I walked in and said wow you have no manners. He started rudely telling me he doesnt have to have manners and then proceeded to tell me pretty much to buy something or get out. I literally drove like 6 hours and went in to buy some snacks and a drink. This mans customer service is horrible and he shouldnt be working here. I walked out. Horrible service. Needs to be fired.
DONT ACCEPT DOOR DASH ORDERS HERE.I came to pick up a door dash order and the guy working here went off on me for no reason. He saidSunday 5/17/2021 @ 11:30 pm“ You can wait outside! I’m very busy right now! My main priority is doing my job and attending to the customers I’m front of me! Doordash is not important! Door dash is my last priority! Now wait outside! I’ll get to you when I can bye”This was the most unprofessional way to handle a situation. I couldn’t help but to think if it’s too much for the store why accept door dash orders in the first place... smh.
We were headed home from a Dental Surgery appointment with our Grandson (who was miserable) when an accident on Highway 99 stopped all traffic. We exited the freeway and pulled into 7-Eleven to ask for directions around the accident to continue our 7 hour drive home. The gentleman at the 7-Eleven was leaving from his shift, he volunteered to guide us around the accident in his personal vehicle. We were able to continue home with out further issues... Thank you for being so kind, You guys are awesome!!!
