These guys are a total joke my car got towed they told me if I can get there by midnight then I can get it out for $208 I called him at 11:15 PM and they told me that they’re already home and are not going to come out for me to get my car that I can wait until the next day and I will also be paying the next day storage fee! I have never in my life talk to anyone so unprofessional on the phone Absolutely worst customer service experience ever and definitely would never use this wrecker service or repair service on this island. Brett got to me pretty quick after I called, got me going quick, and even gave me a lead on a secure place to park my 18 wheeler when I’m at home on the island.

When driving the axle of our car broke and we had to pull into a parking lot. We called the tow truck, the guy came and only spoke about 3 words to us. Then he proceeded to start towing our vehicle but did not take into account the broken axle, then proceeded to almost rip of the front bumper. We told him to stop because we didnt want anymore damage so he got on his phone, called someone, then told us he couldnt do it and left. I thought that he would understand how to properly do his job but he only caused more damage.

These guys are awesome, fuel pump stopped working on my jeep. They sent out their truck and took it to their shop, turned out it was a bad connection. They were upfront with me, and did not try to sell me parts that were not needed. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends.

These people are professionals. Do not call them to haul your junk off and no need to shop their price. To do so would be an insult and put you further down the line. Unfortunately the batteries went down in my rv and I chose to tow it to my house. If you have a big rig and you need help no need to call anyone else. Thanks again guys.

Tailgated me even though there was a vehicle in front of me and besides me keeping me from moving out of the way. When I did move he swerved in front of me like he was going to hit me. My three children were inside of the car with me.

I can not say enough good things about this company! I lost my key fab on the ferry and had to be towed off. They were there immediately when the boat docked. Then offered to keep my truck in their garage because my windows were stuck downAfter all that he gave us a ride to a hotel and offered to meet us anytime if we were able to find a solution!Very good people!

If I could give it a zero I would! It may be the worst experience ever dealing with another human being in my life! The tow truck drivers were decent, but the owner and other lady in the office were the most rude, inconsiderate, nasty people I have ever had to deal with (And I am an ER nurse, that says a lot!!) . If you have an option, do NOT have anything to do with this absolutely horrific company, you will regret it!

Extremely rude when i got on the phone with of the guys that work work there he hung up on me when i was in the middle of ask him questions about a vehicle they towed... he told me they never got a car the next day i went in to check it out and a different worker told me the truck was there three days. Daughter was in an accident and this team came out to tow her vehicle. The 2 man team that came out took such good care of my daughter and her belongings. They knew she was scared and showed so much compassion in her time of need.

We were on vacation and my wifes vehicle broke down. This family owned business not only towed and repaired her truck, the owner had his drivers take us back to our condo and picked us, and all our stuff up after the repair was done. The estimated price for the repair was exactly the price we paid when the job was done. These guys are highly skilled professionals. We were in a real jam, the owner and his team did a superb job and got us on our way back home. If you are in Galveston and need a tow, call this company. They can handle everyday tow jobs with skill and ease, but they also offer heavy duty service as well.

I hate giving this company 1 star, because they absolutely do not deserve it. They kicked out my customer and me when we were trying to get his truck out of their yard. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and hateful. I bet they never heard of customer service, as they do not practice it. Good luck running business in the area. My mother Consuella and I were in a desperate situation. Our gears in our car completely gave out, and we needed help immediately. Within a matter of minutes Tony and his crew were at our location and we got the assistance we needed. He fixed our car in a days notice. This company tonight was called to preform a pull out and instead of doing what was asked they towed to the yard and impounded the vehicle. Driver was cleared by pd to drive and vehicle was drivable. On our way to a cruise, the drive belt broke. We were close enough to see the boat and had about 2 hours before it would sail without us. It turned out to be plenty of time. They towed our car, fixed it while we were on vacation, and then met us on their day off so we could get our car for the return trip home. The price was as good as the service.

I recommend Tony to anyone who is in need of wrecker services. I stuck my rig last night and ended up leaving it for the night since it was off-road. I called Tony & Bros. at 0800 and they were there within minutes. He explained what he would have to do due to the complexity of the situation, gave me the cost and I was back on the road in 30 minutes.

Working with police in a scam to get ppls vehicles and overcharging to get the vehicles back. Wont let u retrieve any items out unless tou give them money. Im in the process of having them and tx city police dept investigated for a kick back scam. Pulling ppl over on bogus charges and have these scumbags tow your car.

Called to get a rough estimate for a tow from Galveston to Houston. Dispatcher was rude, called me crook, and then hung up on me. I called another company and they quoted a rate per mile and waved the hook up fee. CALL ANOTHER SHOP..

Not having any experiencing asking for a tow truck, I called once to get a GENERAL quote from the receptionist who seemed to wake up from the wrong side of the bed this morning. She asked me to call back with a physical address instead of just being able to use her noggin to give me a guesstimate of what I was looking at spending. Okay I thought... my fault... Ill call back. I did, with the info she said she needed the first time. After giving her the physicall address, she still couldnt give me a guesstimate and because Im doing this for a friend (trying to send help anonymously as a nice gesture) I was obviously not prepared for more questions about the type of vehicle. When I told her it was just a pick up truck (think its a Chevy), she then told me to call back when you get yourself together. Screw you... I got a general quote from 2 other tow companies in 5 seconds and was able to do this good deed using a company who didnt hire Kreula Devil as their receprinsit. Mean people suck.

Unfortunately i had to call these guys for a tow tonight next time id rather walk.i encountered nothing but arrogant customer service from this company .when the guy arrived to our car my partner simply enquired to the driver are you from tonys? only for the driver to sarcastically answer what do you think!!! high on his horse he continued to patronize a passing pedestrian who simply enquired what company he worked for in the same mannerisms he responded to the pedestrian with the question cant you read its writen on the side of my truck. When it came to leaving the scene. back to my place when attempting to sit in the back seat of the tow truck there was the issue as the driver arrived to my car with a female front seat passenger who had her seat that far back we could not fit our legs in the back seat to close the door not once did she move her seat forward as she was to busy scrolling threw her phone.when it came to driver trying to park my car by the curb infront of my house after several attempts he still managed to leave my cars back tyre back up on the curb
