Absolute stunning job! Had some damage done to my vehicle and needed to get it repaired ASAP. This was my second time using One Stop Collision after I had an unfortunate run-in with my driveway gate and my side-mirror. I took it to One Stop and they were extremely professional. They provided a detailed quote with line-items for each service that was to be performed, and had the car back within the timeframe that they provided. When I got my car back, it looked as though nothing had ever happened. Oh, and as a bonus, they cleaned my car! It looked spotless inside and out! I wouldnt go anywhere but One Stop. Great experience! I got in a car accident and my whole drivers side was damaged my drivers door wouldn’t even open. I came to get an estimate and they got my door open for me and let me know how long it would take. Once talking with my insurance agency I brought it back and got my car back in less than 3 weeks! They even detailed the inside. I recommended them to my boyfriend because his back light was broken, they fixed his light and got it back to him that same week. Only collision shop I would recommend!

Had a collision while working down in Louisiana. I didnt have time to get it completely fixed while I was there so when I got back to Michigan, I brought it to One Stop. This was honestly the most hassle-free experience Ive ever had with a shop. They took over the work where the last shop left off and even paid my deductible. When I picked up the car, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Work was done in a very timely manner considering that parts were special order only. Way too overpriced ! I called a few days before to set up an appointment. I understand there is a wait for most places in this type of business. A guy answered and told me to come in monday morning and I did. I explained the only thing I wanted to do is to remove my rear bumper, I would of did it myself but my 18 volt impact couldnt remove the 4 rusty bolts. They quoted me at 650 ! I couldnt believe my ears. I then asked how much to just loosen the bolts. The guy told me 150! Thats more than a doctor makes for less than an hours work to loosen 4 bolts. Thats unacceptable ! They are probably using the insurance companies and charging an arm and a leg for minor work.

Going monday for my air conditioner. Ill get back with you....

Great service for a fair price the guys at one stop collision were honest, fair, and did a quality job. I visited shops before going to one stop collision and they were not nearly as trustworthy. My Honda Accord needed new brakes, ball joints, and tires which they took care of and they even referred me to bell tire for an alignment at a discounted price. Most of all they had incredible customer service.

Great place to get auto body work done! Went in with an issue with my driver side door being somewhat warped resulting in the top part of the door not meeting flush with the edge bordering the body roof. Adam, the owner, knew what to do right away and within less than 15 minutes or so and $25 later it was fixed and perfect. No more wind noise or dripping while in rain or car wash. I was totally amazed! In fact, Im not so sure it was this good when I took delivery of it brand-new.This place is top-notch as far as customer care and honesty. The owner, Adam, wanted me to drive it around first and then pay him later if satisfied with the quality of the work completed. However, I insisted on paying him then and there, especially given how fair and reasonable they were on the price. He insisted I at least call him back after driving it around and let him know all was well with the repair work, so they could undoubtedly make it right if I was not happy. I was totally impressed with how fairly and honestly they deal with their customers and how quality-oriented they are. This is the place Im going to from now on for all my auto body work!

I visited three body shops before One Stop Collision. I got estimates of more than $5000 (they did not give me a written estimate), $2600 and $2000. One Stop Collision gave me a more affordable estimate in just couple of minutes after checking my car without an appointment. They fixed my car before their estimated time. My car looks great now. They did a really good job. The painted part looks exactly same shade as others. There was quite a bit of damage on the back of the car, the trunk lid did not close before fixing. It closes like before the accident now. I do not even know how they can fix it this precise. There were other little things with my car which happened before the accident, he fixed those too. Do not waste your time searching through body shops. These guys do a great job at a very competitive/affordable rate.

Back my beautiful 2019 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 into a small steel pole and took it into One Stop. Adam gave me a fair price with the guarantee that I will be satisfied. After completing the work, (a great job), I took the vehicle. However, a friend noticed a problem and I contacted Adam. We scheduled an appt, took the vehicle back up and in a half an hour, it was fixed. Great value, and quality along with a friendly atmosphere and treating the customer right. We went to a previous collision shop that wanted to add all these extra charges and work we didnt need, but luckily we decided to go here for a second opinion. The first shop said we needed our inner wheel fenders modified, shaved down and welded, which totaled to $551. Going with our instincts, that didnt sound right, so we went to One Stop Collision and got the accurate estimate of work needed. All we need is 2 new inner wheel panels and with parts and labor, itll cost under $100. This shop is honest and doesnt try ripping you off. They actually work with you and are understanding about being cost effective and doing whats best and needed for your vehicle... Compared to some shops that like to add on extra costs and fixes that you dont even need. Today was my first time going there and I was impressed. I will definitely be back, if I happen to need anymore work done.

I recently had my car repaired here and the service was exceptional. My radio was stolen out of the vehicle and glass was everywhere. One stop made sure that I was able to get a rental that same day and They also kept me up-to-date on the repair process along the way. They even paid part of my deductible which was rather high. When I picked my car up, it looked as if nothing had ever happened . My radio was in tact and all the glass had been cleaned up and removed from the vehicle. I completely satisfied overall with the service and professionalism at One Stop Collision.

These guys had it back to me like it was brand new, kept me updated on parts and where they are in fixing it. Adam Farha at one stop colission took good care of us. My wife got in a front end collision in our escape, and we were paying out of pocket. The service and price were fine(even though they charged me more than originally quoted because they had to mix paint), but the final product for the paint job was so far off!I provided paint chips from the vehicle and the OEM paint code and they were still way off. I know you cant perfectly match because of wear and years of fading, but they werent even close. Very disappointed.

I had a fender bender that messed up the front of my 2012 fiat 500. Did a little research and decided to One stop. They asked when it was convenient for me to bring it in, (which was immediately for me) and they got down to business.First of all, very friendly and did not make me feel like a dumb girl going to get her car fixed. A definite plus in my book.Second, very helpful in dealing with my insurance. They will pay part of your deductible or get you a loaner!Third, the car was fixed in the time period that they quoted. Not only that but they had noticed the beginnings of a crack in my windshield and asked if I wanted to repair that. The price they quoted was very reasonable so I had them fix that as well. Turns out that when I went to pick up the car, the windshield was actually more expensive than they had quoted but they only charged me for the quoted price.Third, they detailed my car for me. Nice touch.I like this shop a lot. I hope that I dont have to use a body shop again, but if I do, I will come back here. They are friendly, professional and do a great job.

I would love to give this company 5 stars, but I cannot. The service was excellent from the beginning, great customer service I have to say! My car looks amazing and you cant even tell that it ever had that horrible dent. However, I am disappointed and am only giving 4 stars because my car needed an alignment and for some reason, I was told that wasnt possible because I needed new tires. He then told me that I had to pay $120/pop for the tires and then he could do the alignment. I honestly never knew that you needed to have new tires to get an alignment, but not knowing any better, I said okay and left with my bald tires. The next day, I went to Belle Tire to purchase new tires and......he told me that you do not need new tires to get an alignment. So, I am not disappointed and I have a bad taste in my mouth about this collision shop. I could have got the alignment there, but.....now I am paying an additional $80 to get it done somewhere else. Like I said before, other than this, theyre great.

Let me say, I love my car and take extreme care of it and I was scared that after an accident it would never look the same. One Stop Collision takes a lot of pride in their work and it showed in the results. I told Adam I came to them because I wanted the best job done and he delivered. They offer options to help you with your situation, but thats no the point here. They do the best job, they care about their work, and they treat you like youve been their customer for 20 years from first contact. I wish I could show pictures of my car! Im the kind of guy that likes peace of mind. I showed up at the end of the day after work and Adam and his team kindly, and without fuss I might add, quickly appraised the damage to my vehicle and gave me a reasonable out-the-door price. Theyre options with loaners were flexible and affordable. There was a reasonable turnaround time for the service, the staff didnt monkey around with the agreed price, there were absolutely no shenanigans with parts not coming in, and to my surprise, when I picked I my car I learned that his team gave me a complimentary car wash and interior detail, and even repaired components that I wasnt aware were damaged.Make the call and do the business with the professionals.

Not only did they do an outstanding job repairing my collision issue, but they also went the extra mile and buffed out a long scratch for no extra charge. If I could give it 10 stars I would. First off they waived the 1,000$ deductible my daughter had, then they fought the insurance company for more money 4 additiinal times for things that the insurance estimate never found. My Pontiac Vibe was involved in a hit&run in a parking lot leaving me with a crunched front bumper. Next day I stopped in at One Stop Collision got an estimate in 5 minutes. They set me up with a convenient time on Saturday so I wasnt out a car during the work week. In less than two hours they had fixed my bumper, looks like new. I was very impressed with their professionalism and repair work. I would definitely use them again.

I love this team; their body work is exceptional. Excellent service always getting my car fixed and done on time

My experience here was amazing. Erin and Adam were friendly and happy. They both tried to help my husband and I out with the expense of fixing the fender and mirror on my 2014 Ford Fusion. Brought the car in on a Saturday and it was done on Wednesday like they promised. I was shocked and pleased by the turn around time and upholding their promise after they had a power outage on Monday morning. They are also military friendly, which we were pleased with. Thank you One Stop. I couldnt be happier about the service and care you provided us.

I had such an amazing experience at One Stop. Adam took care of me from my first phone call to the shop to the day he handed me back my keys. My Fusion was hit in a parking lot and suffered severe front end and some back bumper damage. It was such a mess! Adam took care of everything and I was stunned when I got my car back - it seriously looked flawless, better than it did when I bought it! Did a good job, it looks amazing. But did not restore the function to its original condition. Maybe my expectations are too high but I will now forever remember them when I try to shut my trunk and have to slam it down.
