Cant recommend the service department here anymore. They tried overcharging and shouldnt be trusted.While theyre very polite when youre talking to them theres so many reasons not to go here.The communication was horrible and any information given was deceiving and should be cross checked. Dont trust them until you ask around.Id try calling once in the morning, texting in the early afternoon and wouldnt hear anything until 4pm. It got to the point where it was easier to get a ride and talk to them in person.I had an appointment for Monday morning, which they said was an appointment for dropping the car off, not for actually looking at my car (how does that even make sense, Id rather hold onto the car and drop it off when the technician is ready).They didnt look at it until Tuesday afternoon. Then they told me the part I needed wouldnt be there until Thursday. I told them I wanted to pick up the car because Thursday was too long and all of a sudden they had the part and said they could work on it first thing Wed morning.My Monday appointment was to diagnose the issue. Paid for that and they tried charging me for another diagnosis in addition to the parts and labor for replacing the part they concluded was the issue. The part was $24 and the labor (including rediagnosis) was $530. I called several mechanics and other dealers, I got more information on the issue over the phone than I did from the this dealer in person. I was told it could range anywhere from $100 including labor to thousands if the part broke off inside. This place supposedly diagnosed the issue and wanted to charge me $554.I bought the part and looked up the installation online and replaced it myself. It took exactly 6 minutes and 4 seconds.I then took the car to another dealer further away and told them about my circumstance, as I still needed to have my pcm and tcm flashed as part of the repair. There are several service bulletins for my wrangler regarding shifting issues and tcm/pcm updates to help resolve them. The other dealer did this for FREE as it falls under a warranty claim.This dealer included that as part of the $554 charge.If you choose to come here verify everything they tell you with another dealer/service department.Im going to choose driving to a further dealer/service department.
