Long line, once we were called up the associate walked away from our register to help someone else for 15 minutes, and finally after contacting the manager via phone, gave us the refund for the merchandise that another associate sold us in error a short time earlier! Very frustrating!

I bought oil from this location on Sunday. I kept telling the sales person that I needed 5q of oil for my car,but he said to trust him,because i would only need 1quart. Well,Im stranded in Detroit now,because my car wont move,due to my 2014 Equinox needing more oil. If the guy had just listened to me and not try to pretend as if he was a mechanic or an expert on cars,Id be home by now.....not stranded. Definitely need to retrain people that were there Sunday morning/early afternoon.

Customer service was great
I made an online purchase and forgot to pick it up before going out of town for a few days. I called the store to see if they still had my order or if I should order it again because I realized it had been sometime since I ordered. The women was very short with me and said she looked up my order and said there was nothing and I should reorder. So that’s what I did. When I went to the store the man who helped me says you know you ordered this twice! I explained what happened and he acted like it was my fault or that he doesn’t know what happened while the women was right there helping someone else and says nothing. This is not my first bad experience with this women but I assure you it’s my last! O’Reilys is right down the street and have been nothing but nice to me.
Went in to purchase a new battery and had a great little friendly chat with the young lady employee.

Today I called this store in dire need, on a hot Sunday afternoon, with some help testing an alternator in my car. Nicole, the clerk who answered the call was welcoming and polite as she informed me they would be able to test it for me. I arrived shortly after, and at the store Damone was the employee who came out immediately to take a look at my vehicle. He pointed out right away my battery was installed incorrectly, and that my battery was low. I had no idea of either! Damone then immediately grabbed his own tools to help reinstall the battery properly, which was way above and beyond the call of duty. He advised me to on how charge up the battery and I was on my way in no time. Mind you this was in 90 degree weather, during a busy day at the store. Awesome customer experience today, and I am pleased to be a returning customer to this location. Good customer service is so rare these days, and it is all about having good people as employees. Nicole, Damone, You two rock!

Came here at 8:45 pm on a Monday and the shop was closed with no employees inside despite the posted closing time being 9pm. Seems pretty lazy to do that. But they do have the tools I need usually and the employees are nice although they know little about vehicles. YouTube and Google are hard to beat though.

As long as Ive lived here this location, this location has just really slow service. Today, I decided to stop in and get new wiper blades. Well I needed some help deciding which ones I should get and no one asked me for help. Didnt help with the fact that there were just two associates there. And once I purchased my blades, the gentlemen did offer to install them for me. He went to the back to, assumed to get his jacket, but he never came back. He apparently had to go to the bathroom. I ended up going back into the store to see if he was available. He was and he did install them for me. I dont know, I guess its the little things that just bug me.

Went in there a couple of weeks ago bought an oil change spent $46 it said I had three credits toward my next reward ended up buying another oil change the next day for the same amount of money it said I still only had three credits toward my next reward just went in there today spent $22 its still only have 3 credits towards my next reward
Slow as hell
They came out in the freezing weather to put my blinker bulb in. I appreciated the guy who did that. Darn I cant remember his name. Tall man I wanna say his name started with a C.
Went in for a battery change. Car was completely dead and would not start. Purchased battery and asked to get it put in. Was told it would be an hour wait when there was no other customers in the store yet and the employees proceeded to argue in front of me saying no one wanted to help me. My nine month pregnant girlfriend was in the car still and it was 9 degrees outside. I went ahead and replaced the battery myself as she waited in the car. No employee tried to help me or even acknowledged me when I went to wait in the parking lot. When I addressed the manager, Jason, he was rude and said they were very busy when again there were employees sitting around on their phones and I was the only customer in the store. This experience was awful, I was shocked. I asked for a way to contact corporate and the manager refused to give me information and only gave me his first name and a general number to call. The store number was 2262 which I was able to find on the receipt. I will not do business with Autozone in the future. Honestly OReilly has the same battery for $10.00 more and based on this experience it is well worth the good customer service I receive from them, wont make that mistake again.

The have the most arrogant people working there. You try to tell them what you need an they try to give you somethimg completely different. Also is you get a male cashier named angel. When you tell him you are paying with a card an he goes oh well it is messing up a bit. Tried it 6 different times card didnt work an then he tells me oh well do you have another one. Like if it didnt work why not take me to a register that one does work!?!

Nothing against the employees but corporate has understaffed this and other locations as well. If theres a few people ahead of you plan on being there a minimum of 30 minutes and they close at 7:30pm now!

Ive delt with a LOT of car guys that believe they are the end all be all of car knowledge, but the manager i talked to here has set the new standard. After explaing the problem i was having, and the issues involved in diagnosing the problem, he belittled me and the person i was with at length for not coming to the same conclusion he had. Turned out his solution wasnt even correct, according to the mechanic that fixed my cars problem shortly after leaving the store. The next time i go to an autozone, it will not be this location.

1st experience here was good. A young guy put my wipers on for me free of charge(got them from the Kmart that was closing nearby for a discount). Today I sent my mom there to get hers done. She said the guy acted as if he didnt want to come outside, then told her no they couldnt unless she bought another pair from this location. He also laughed at the fact that her or my brother couldnt figure it out themselves. Lazy and rude customer service. Its a shame we live near by and wont be back!

Bought a battery that turned out to be a dud. They came to my house, jumped me, tested my battery and alternator and replaced with a new battery. They really went above and beyond to fix the problem, and with the quickness I might add. Im sure thats not normal protocol, so I appreciate these guys. Thanks especially to Josh and the woman manager that took care of me. Strongly suggest this place
This store is extremely slow and always seems understaffed. I have never seen more than two employees working at one time.I also arrived today, 2/8/19 at 9:00 AM (hours on the door state they open at 7:30 AM) and the door is locked with most of the lights off. They should have been open for an hour and a half now. There is one other car in the parking lot, but no one to be seen.
