Ordered tires online and they didnt arrive by my appointment date for install. No call or email was sent to me. Luckily I called to confirm my appointment that morning. Employee was very helpful in finding comparable tires in stock and got my appointment back.

I would like to take the time to write a review about Garden City Walmart Auto Service. On Saturday morning i took my car to get oil changed. I had some things to buy so i figured im there why not. Sunday morning i was going to clean my car out and noticed the seat adjuster panel was broken not only that but half was missing..... i called spoke to manager and of course got the run around that employees dont even move seats for anything well im 51 they have to move my seat just to get in my car but he said they will look at cameras and let me know. I called again this morning and of course they didnt see ANYTHING on any of their cameras.... i had the mechanic at work check my oil and not to my surprise its low on oil.... here is a picture to prove it....and well their machine for the labels is broken so they handwrite next service due and oil used here is what i got.... not saying tnis happens all the time just saying it happened to me.... i paid $30 for this i guess i got what i paid for....

Purchased and had a battery installed, they were swamped with oil changes but squeezed me in anyway, everyone we talked to was helpful and courteous. Satisfied customer here. 😁

I came to this location to have some air let out of my tires. I actually spoke to the manager who was very kind and helpful. He proceeded to spend 15 or so minutes getting all my tires to the right PSI. He talked to me about why they should be at the PSI they were etc. He was so very helpful and kind and didnt charge me anything.

Horrible service, car that came in after us was done before ours. Staff stood around while we were waiting. Plus when we first walked in all the staff just looks at you and doesn’t come over and ask what you need to be done.

I had to order my tires which wasnt a problem but they only called me when the front 2 where in and I never received a call for the other two. I had to call myself to see if they where in. The next day when I called to see how much it would be they gave me a new quote but said they where far to busy to take any new cars, and I was ok with that. I go in the next day and they wait till my car is in the shop to tell me that apparently I had waited too long and the tires had been sent back. I called for about 3 days continuously about the tires and a time to go in and was never told anything. They did not notify me that all my tires where in but surely sent them back. Very dissapointed with the staff at this location. I went ahead and ordered the same tires from a Walmart in Dodge city because I would rather drive 40 minutes than to have to deal with the nonsense of this staff once again.

I Waited 4 hours to get a tire fixed and the number of tires in front of me.. (3 or 4) never changed. I had to leave without my truck tire getting fixed because of other apointments. I called the store manager he was very nice and fair about it. If I was rating and reviewing how the manager had treated me it would be a 4 star review but its the automotive department that I am reviewing and they either skipped over me, or they didnt fix one tire in time I waited, or didnt tell me the truth about how many tires were in front of me.. I will be going back to see if they are doing better (we all have bad days) and change my rating if they are.

Tire shop did a good job & for a good price.

Went to look at tires. They didnt have the size and was told They cant order them. I have to go online and order them, then send them to the store. What a waste of time. Not how they use to do business !

Two nasty oil change experiences. Before driving off, make sure you personally check that the cap of every container in the hood has been placed back after service.
