Our car got towed here by AAA after the car alarm malfunctioned and kept going off every time we tried to turn on the engine. They were busy there, but one of the technicians found and fixed the issue within 36 hours of dropping it off. When we picked up the car, a guy named Ed took the time to explain the issue to us and then he didnt even charge us since it was a quick fix. Overall, Id highly recommend this place!

Excellent service. My son had a breakdown while on vacation. AAA towed it to this facility. Ed did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the vehicle in 24 hours. It was a scary incident that turned out amazing. He was 250 miles from home and Ed went the extra mile to make sure everything wad done in time to go home. Just excellent service.

I had a great experience here. The man who helped me was knowledgeable and kind. My phone had died and he gave me a charger. He made sure I understood what needed to be done while making sure service was quick and easy. He even skipped lunch to help me! I can’t recommend enough, the prices were good and they were great!

Good work and reasonable prices

My car broke down while on vacation. AAA recommended this shop and they had my car running in two days. I live about 500 miles away and my car experienced the same problem (faulty fuel pump) 7 months after the repair which required me to replace the same in my hometown. I sent the bill to them and the old part, they honored their warranty and reimbursed me for the new repair. They stood behind their work.

Your company provided excellent customer service helped with the warranty of a part that had failed on the car and made us loyal customers for our daughters car as long as she is in the Savannah area. You were recommended by Tims Towing & Recovery and we have not been disappointed in the least. When you are in one state and your college child is in another and her car has to be towed in to a shop and you are completely unfamiliar with the area and its auto shops there is too much room to be taken advantage of, but we were lucky enough to end up at Automotive Services and in the process we found a place we can trust for routine maintenance and big jobs on her car. Mechanic didnt take advantage of my wife when I sent her there for a minor repair.Estimation was when standard industry range.

Im in love with this place .They fixed my Acure at noon on a Saturday. And it was fixed by 3:30.thats what I call service

I took my car there to get a diagnostic done. When I returned to pick my car up, they told me that they found an electrical problem and that they would have to keep the car another day. The next day, their boss told them to stop working on my car and fix other cars ahead of mine. At that point, they still had not identified the problem. As a result, I had to leave my car there ANOTHER DAY.On the third day, I didnt receive any phone calls about the car and the status of it, so I went up to the auto repair shop. When I got there, the employee told me they found three problems and that the cost of the diagnostic would be $237 ($89 diagnostic, $147 for an electrical diagnostic which took an hour and a half). Furthermore, the things that could be wrong would cost over $1000 to repair. At that point, I requested the codes and a printout of what tests they performed on my car. Knowing that I wanted a second opinion, the employee refused to give me the information. He said he wasnt going to give them to me because they came from a website that the company pays to use. I protested for about 5 minutes and he finally gave me a copy of the codes with half the page blanked out. I found that to be very deceptive. I dont believe they spent nearly 3 hours on my car--which spanned 3 DAYS. I think they charged me for labor that they didnt perform. Unless you know EXACTLY whats wrong with your vehicle or need a specific service performed, my advice to you is: Dont go there under any circumstance.
