I have been to Lewis Motors for many years either in Liberal or Garden City. The service was always fast and thorough. I also bought two Toyota’s in Garden City and the sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Lewis Motors Toyota!

I was disappointed with the customer service to begin with. Service tech said my issue was one thing and it would cost $3,000 to repair. I confirmed with the tech that that issue would fix my problem and he reassured me it would. Paid the “issue” and it still did not fix my problem with my vehicle. Edgar Nevarrez was rude and spoke towards me with lots of foul language. Will not return for any services.

Went in to get a coolant flush (overpaid by $100, compared to what they quoted me), about a week later my coolant reservoir is empty. They set another appointment, told me I might get some money back (never did). Service guy cashier is a real jerk too. Go somewhere else and get it done right the first time for a decent price.

Work was completed on recalls.

Service was quick and on the time promised.
