Oh my goodness Jenny O.!!!! Where do I even start, she was AMAZING! My hunny and I went mattress shopping last weekend and the entire way there I couldnt help but thinking oh God I dont wanna deal with these sales people trying to force everything on me. But our experience was everything but that! When we walked in we were greeted by Jenny(who I must say immediately changed my thought process on sales people). She was so kind, outgoing, upbeat, and helpful (just to name a few). We purchased the i10 and the entire time we were there it was such relaxing and stress free,she did everythingto get us the highest discount possible. Jenny knows her stuff and she knows how to talk to people! I love her...Im hoping this mattress lasts me a while but for my next one I am going back to see Jenny! I walked in to buy a bed and walked out with a life long friend. I hope sleep number recognizes her for her hard work and dedication to her career, she deserves to be awarded for her work! Thank you again !
This was quite an awesome experience. From the moment we walked through the door, there was a high-level of excellence. Eddie, the sales associate we had an appointment with, was patiently waiting and ready to serve. We were walked through the experience with the mattress and the different options. It was not a rushed process and we spent a few hours to ask questions and make a thoughtful decision. We were not given a hard sell and even when we decided to move forward, Eddie was patient in reviewing every aspect of the cost involved. I also have to mention how clean the store was and the strict guidelines followed to ensure safety precautions were followed. Definitely would visit this store again in the future.

My wife and I went to the Garden city sleep number bed store. We where help by Pete who is very helpful and very informative about the sleep number products.He took his time in showing us the different beds, he took the time to help my wife in getting the right pillow. He wasn’t pushy and he listened to what we where looking for in a sleep number bed.The store was clean and took the proper precautions in this COVID -19 times. We highly recommend the store.The bed will be delivered in 2 weeks .
My husband and I were in search of a new bed to assist with his lower back pain. We were greeted as soon as we entered. It was a great experience. The salesman followed our lead, let us ask questions, filled in the gaps for questions we didn’t know to ask, and was very helpful. I never felt like I was being pushed, up-sold, or pressured. We are very pleased with our purchase and our experience. I would recommend this store to my family and friends.
Eddie the salesman was very knowledgeable and informed about the mattresses and their functions. He was very helpful in setting up the app for use with the sleeping functions. Very professional.
My wife and I were greeted warmly as we entered the Sleep Number store in Nassau County. The sales person introduced himself and he was wearing a mask. His name was Eddie. He also had a name tag. He welcomed us and asked if we had ever been to a Sleep Number store. We told him No, but we were interested in purchasing a new bed and wanted to see if the products offered would fulfill our needs. He asked us what type of bed we slept on presently. We told him we have had a Tempur-Pedic queen sized bed for at least fifteen years. Eddie went on to explain in detail the type of mattresses available. I was impressed with his explanation and we were able to try each mattress in the store. ... We made our decision and purchased a queen sized, head adjustable model. My wife wanted a dust ruffle and some sheets to match! Our experience was excellent. Eddie was thorough and did not pressure us to make a decision. He did inform us that this was the final day of their 20% Off Sale. As a matter of fact, my wife knew this and that us why we were there. We are awaiting the delivery of our new Sleep Number bed. We are looking forward to adreamy sleep.

DO NOT BUY A BED FROM SLEEP NUMBER! Within one year our bed started to deflate on one side. When I asked for assistance numerous times I was told to watch tutorials online and to purchase caps that should have been included with the bed. Finally I was told I would have to pay the full price for installation of new parts despite the fact that the issues began during the warranty. Despite the aggressive salesmen save yourself the aggravation and buy your mattress from somewhere else.
My shopping experience was delightful because of Eddie! He answered all my questions and I tried out three beds and the P6 won out!!!! Now I am looking forward to the delivery of my mattress!!

More than happy with my purchase and I haven’t even gotten my bed yet! Me and my girlfriend were taken care of, and the sales rep Ariel made sure we knew every feature and made sure we were comfortable at our slew number. Can’t wait to get my i8!

Very friendly staff sales person. Was not pushy at all. We didn’t feel rushed. He took his time to explain the various mattresses. We were able to lay in each for a good amount of time. We are very happy with our purchase.
Unbelievable is the only word I can think of. Delivery guys found it too difficult to lift up my stairway a queen sized set. Claimed staircase was to narrow. My wife and I have lifted much heavier and wider and taller pieces of furniture including mattress sets and these guys couldn’t do it. Their solution was to buy a king size set because the box comes in smaller pieces. I would love too but the room is too small for a king. Bait and switch? Was waiting for sleep number to call back to discuss options before posting a review but that never happened. Not so great customer service all around. Looks like they are willing to kill a $4500 + deal because delivery was too hard or they were shooting for a bigger sale claiming it was too hard.
We ordered the cooling memory foam mattress a few months ago to aid in sleep habits, its been great since! The memory cooling foam is not only super soft and hugs my body without feeling a forearm or pillow being jabbed into my rib cage. It also really helps with moderating body heat as its always super warm sleeping next to my bf. The sales rep was kind enough to show us how to set the dual side memory iq however its not a feature we ended up using as much as intended (some of us dont know how to stick to our side of the bed!). I also foresee the dual side being of little use with kids as many times my niece ends up falling through the crack of it when sleeping next to me.

They do not tell you the whole story so make sure you ask a lot of questions. Last month we went to this store to buy a mattress for my Mom who has terrible back problem. first, while in the store the salesman kept telling us that they have such a long warranty but he never told us until we ask that they have a chart of how much they will charge you for each time they need to fix something inside your mattress. he didn’t tell us until we asked a very specific question. When we asked him for the chart he said he didn’t have it. We found one online so I just want you guys to be aware.Secondly, the mattress turns out to not be right for my Mom. this is not their fault. However, when I called to start the return process, they told me that we cannot return until after a full 30 nights but of course before 100 nights. I told the customer rep. that my Mom already bought a new mattress which is due to come in 2 days. Can we please return and he told me it’s in the terms and conditions which we were aware before we purchased. We did not hear the store rep tell us anything about a minimal of dates. And guess what? if in those 30 days something happens we of course cannot get a refund. So now my Mom is so scared that she wants to leave the mattress exactly where it is in fear of it getting dirty or something. where will she sleep and put her new mattress? I guess this is not their problem.
My husband and I came into look for a bed. The sales representative Jenny was extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions took her time explaining everything. We didnt feel pressured into buying anything but we gladly left with a brand new bed. If you are looking for a fantastic bed system and great customer service this store location has both
I dont write reviews very often, but I want to warn others before they waste thousands of dollars. We recently purchased a sleep number bed, but its been nothing but problems! There is a huge dip in the middle that I sink into every night, the bed is noisy, and very hot. Customer service has been fair, and tried to help by sending some replacement parts, but that did not fix the problems so I finally returned the bed yesterday. They are refunding the money for the mattress but not the adjustable base. So be careful before you order a sleep number bed.

Had a terrific experience buying a Sleep Number bed at the Garden City, NY location. Very professional, welcoming place, quite customer friendly. Our salesman Tim was knowlegable, patient, pleasant and accommodating. This will be our second Sleep Number bed!
I did not know what to expect when my husband and I went in to look at beds. The salesperson, Eddie Rhodes, was knowledgeable, patient, and hade a wonderful vibe that made us feel comfortable. He helped us understand all of our options and helped us make the decision right for us. We did not feel pressured or rushed. If our experience with the bed is as good as our experience with Eddie then we are off to a great start.
