Cricket is such a nice safe environment. It is such a friendly place to be I feel right at home. They help as much as they could. They don’t stop tell the problem is good

Worst place in Garden City. Had an attitude any time your phone was not working correctly. Made you feel like. OHHHHere we go again. I took my business to the Cricket in Wichita. They take good care of me. Answered all my questions. UPGRADED TO A NEW PHONE. They need more training in Garden City.

I personally think that Cricket would benefit from having more phones in their inventory and displays.Its a good price for the service.

I was blown away at how bad my experience was tonight! I came into the store with my three kids after work. Tired but really looking forward to switching over to Cricket. Came into two teenagers being loud playing around about leaving to go somewhere, the associate talking Spanish to her customers, talking Spanish was not the issue it was what they where saying what bothered me. Lets just say TMI!! The girl that helped me was very helpful. Let me know about the phones and what i would need to switch my line over. I then proceeded to retrieve all information she needed as well as call my husband to pick up the kids. I walked back in to even more kids hanging out I didnt know who worked there and who didnt. Then another three kids came back with pizza! The girl tried to help me with her pizza in hand! I was having trouble getting my account number from the other company. So I told her I would have to be back. It blew me away at how UNPROFESSIONAL it was! It was beyond me how they where acting! I am still upset at how Cricket would allow there employees to behave in this matter. I was taught you are there to work not play around but I guess that rule doesnt apply at Garden City location! Very sad!

The girl that was working in there today 2/16/19 was super helpful and got my friend and I exactly what we needed and out the door quickly

Quick service, our took less than 30 minutes to pick out a phone and get out set up. The staff there was able to answer ask Pitt questions with confidence.

Horrible customer service, seems like the workers there are in high school. I was literally talking to an employee about my transaction, when another employee interrupted and talked about her boyfriend drama!Seems like Everytime I go, they are very unprofessional, but I have been in that store about 4 times too much.

When you go to change your company and want to use the phone they do not understand what you want because they are incompetent and they only give you the number they want and they charge you $ 15 for changing the number. I would never recommend this company to anyone
