Needed a Verizon refurbished phone didnt want to spend a fortune he sold me a galaxy s10 for a good price and transferred all my stuff

I gave this establishment 5 starts but I wish I could give them 10, I was looking for a place to get a phone service & this place was the closest to my new place, I went there not only did he help me but they really didn’t care if any profit they were making as much as they cared to provide excellent & professional service with minimizing my cost as much as they can & waited for the process of my slow phone to update all my info, apps etc.. I normally don’t write a review but this place definitely deserves it and earned it, if you need any help with phones or computer/laptop repairs this is the place to go and I guarantee you to walk out smiling and returning for anything you need done because I know I will and I’m taking my laptop for repair soon .

Good Prepaid Wifi

Just happened to be driving bye and pulled in to ask a question in regards to my plan. The store clerk was very tentative to my questions and needs. I end up buying an accessory for my phone from the huge selection on the wall. I will definitely be back for my phone upgrade. Highly recommend it.

Renaldo is the reason why I’m leaving this 5 star review. I would leave more stars if I could!Renaldo was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provided service that was above and beyond! It was so kind of him to give us a great deal! He focused on the client and made sure that the product we left with was perfect for us. We are very grateful for his time and service. We came from Grosse Pointe, a bit of a hike from Garden City, and definitely plan to return in the future for all of our cell phone purchases. I’m very lucky to have come across his FB Marketplace post drawing me into the store.Renaldo performed the transfer of service from our old phone (broken) to the new phone, swapped out the SIM cards, put on the new screen protector, and even put on the case for us and you could tell that he didn’t mind helping us at all.
