Horrible pharmacy I dont understand why Garden city Hospital chose them to send prescription to..they are very very slow very rude staff .never get anything right. I hate using this cvs Id rather go to Walgreens down the street or my own personal pharmacy. The drive thru line is so and when you go inside its even slower I highly recommend against this cvs pharmacy!!! Ive waited almost 1 hour in line. Save your self the headache and time! DONT COME HERE

The pharmacy never bothers to answer the phone. I’ve sat on hold for well over an hour waiting for someone to help me more than once.The staff is incredibly rude when you do go in to the pharmacy and no one seems to actually WANT to help people.Don’t work in a pharmacy if you don’t care about people. Pharmacy’s are still patient care.

They gave me an open Covid-19 test, I didnt feel comfortable with it so I asked for a new one. And they told me to book a new appointment and it doesnt matter because its free (it wasnt, it was an elective test so $139.00)Very unhelpful man.

Absolutely horrible wait time over the phone to check on status of prescription. And long wait time to get rx filled.

The pharmacy staff was patient with me and help me clear up confusion my Doctor had caused around a medication. He apparently was too busy to explain in detail but the person at the pharmacy saw my confusion and took the time to reassure me the medication was safe. It was a small kindness that made a huge difference for me.

I have now been in twice and for being a 24 hour pharmacy you would think there would be more than the pharmacist working. Tonight at 11pm there were 7 cars in the drive thru and 5 people in line. Keep the cashiers until at least midnight.

6 people working at the pharmacy dep and 10 customers are waiting inside .. 6 cars waiting at the driving through really need replacement.....

Came here for a fast response covid test they said it would take 20 minutes and its been 2 hours and I havent heard from him

WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR REVIEW.........ON HOLD FOREVER, NOBODY PICKS UP.........USELESS PLACE TO GO, DONT BOTHER OR WASTE YOUR TIME, AND GOD FORBID IF ITS AN EMERGENCY!

The worst pharmacy experience ever. Dropped my daughters prescriptions off in the drive through. They lady says it will be ready within an hour. Come back an hour later they tell me they cant find her in the system. Then proceed to tell me she has no prescriptions there. After getting her info 3 times and a half hour wait at the window. I go inside and see that they called my cell phone while I was at the window. Telling me they cant fill her prescription because medicaid wont cover it. Now mind you thats secondary we have blue cross through my work. Im going back to Walgreens this is the third time they have messed up our scripts

Call and see how long it takes you to reach the pharmacy Dept.

Pharmacist refused to acknowledge me as I stood waiting for service. I was the only person in line for 20 minutes. He didnt even say Ill be with you momentarily or anything. It was 12:40 am and barely anyone in the store.

Open 24 hours a day is suuuper convenient especially in this post apocalyptic corona world where Im a parent and a teacher.. and also doing WHATEVER possible to keep my kids out of a doctors office.

Do not under any circumstances chose this pharmacy. Customer service lacks indefinitely. I waited to be helped over the phone for over an hour. I have been put on hold more than 3 times and each time they didnt even give me a chance to respond to their question. They are extensively overpriced and lack professional help. I would give them less than 1 star, definitely do not recommend! Will change pharmacies after this incident!

The one star is just to be able to post a review. By far the worst pharmacy staff ever. Never answer phone calls claiming they have a long line, and when your forced to drive up there they tell you its gonna be another 40 minutes. Mohammed the pharmacist 15 minutes later says we dont have the med at all, then says they have partial but wont fill then, then comes back with they have absolutely nothing, lastly says that they will fill partial....I mean who wants to deal with this caose, all the while just standing around waiting... do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. Underpaid corporate employees and they are not shy to show it with thier attitude.
