I have now had to pay a 20% restocking fee on two different orders because theyre not open during the hours in which they say they are their phone number is not in service so you cant call them I am now getting ready to lose a third order and be charged another 20% restocking fee because again for the fifth trip in two weeks they are closed during normal hours how do I find out when someone will be there so I can pick up the stuff I have ordered an already paid for. The attached picture was taken at approximately 1:33 p.m. and there were supposed to open at 11 and not close until 4 whats wrong with that????????

It is difficult to find parking around store, unless you are lucky. I was only able to find this store open one time during its posted hours out of five visits.
