Love this place! I was rushing for a last minute birthday gift for my Dad at the Smith Haven Mall and saw the Personalized T-Shirts counter. The gentleman who helped me, Imran, was very attentive and helpful while I was picking out a design. He helped me google the correct form of Pop-Pop for the shirt. He originally said he would need an hour for the order but he knew I was in a rush and it was a birthday gift that I needed tonight and he immediately helped me out and got the shirt done in less than 10 minutes!! I will definitely be back to buy further personalized items for the holidays!

DO NOT ORDER SHIRTS FROM HERE! If THEY mess up, YOU have to pay for it regardless!!! You have to pay at the same time you order a custom shirt and come back to pick it up later. I came back to pick mine up and it was done way too small (and I emailed them a picture of how big I wanted the design printed on the shirt and verified with them that they had it to refer to once I placed my order with them in the mall). I even supplied the shirt I wanted it printed on. $40 down the drain - and if I want it done over, I have to buy the shirt again and get it printed again and give them more money even though it was THEIR ERROR. Try a more reputable place if you want it done right and not have to waste your money

While conducting an order with a paying customer almost 15 minutes in, Sam took another interested customers order and had the initial customer waiting close to 20 minutes to complete the order. Not including the waiting for the shirt.
