Well maintained showroom, knowledgeable staff, attentive but not overwhelmingly so. Overall I would recommend this to anyone. I was shopping for a family member but I will be back soon when we get our new place sorted out.

Myself and a family friend were shopping for a lift chair for my mom, and Don was so helpful and kind. Im writing this review a couple of years after the sale, to let everyone know that service AFTER the sale is WONDERFUL. The lift chair we purchased started making a strange sound, so we called Easy Chair Plus back, and Don got right on sending someone out quickly to fix it. The chair has a great warranty, so it didnt cost us anything for that repair.I HIGHLY recommend Easy Chair Plus. In fact, I thought I had left them a good review when I bought the chair, but I hadnt so Im taking care of it now. Also, this morning, my husband and I are going back to get ourselves a recliner (Ive dreamt about this one that I saw there for 2+ years now) and I needed to know the hours. :) See you soon, Don!!

Unfortunately I am in need of a lift recliner so my 1st stop was Easy Chair Plus. What I didnt realize was the folks there, Don and Tracy, specialize specifically in lift chairs and specialty beds. They have extensive knowledge of the furniture industry as theyve been in it a long time. So they built a nitch in furniture business for people with special needs. I highly recommend these folks because of their integrity and commitment to their customers.

I took my dad to Easy Chair Plus & Hot Buy Mattress Showroom to find a recliner. He had the same chair for 15 years and he was convinced that he would not find another as good as the one he had. We were helped by a gentlemen by the name of Don. He was very personable and extremely helpful. He took time with my dad (who is elderly and not easy to deal with at times) and made him feel valued as a customer. My dad found a chair that he loves and is extremely happy with his experience. I really appreciated the way my dad was treated, the customer service was excellent and the chair is very high quality and extremely comfortable!

Lift Chair - I choose not to leave a review on my initial experience. I intended to just move on and forget the hassle. Problems with order, problems with delivery, and calling twice during year warranty period with problems. Warranty is now out and buying a new lift chair elsewhere. If owner chooses to discredit as a previous reviewer I will offer documented specifics.

I have drove past this place for years and finally decided to stop in and see what they have. WOW! Loved everything and DON was absolutely amazing to work with. I always read reviews and the one lady who wrote HER opinion, Im not sure if she was working with the same DON I did!!!!Would highly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Delivery couldnt be for a few days so the gentleman had his son and himself bring my mattress to us the next day after they closed. We appreciated it so much and will definately go back there again.

Buyer BEWARE!. I HIGHLY suggest when visiting this store you take a picture of the chair you purchased if it is to be delivered by the company. I GUARANTEE the chair you bought will not be exactly the same chair because he bait and switches. He is a very nice person but when we shopped he gave us the your feet should touch the floor when sitting, your back should touch the back of the chair etc and I have a herniated disk so I didnt want a pillowed top to the back. I got a pillow back which kills my neck, my feel do not touch the floor and the beautiful leather chair we picked, which was just perfect for my size, was NOT DELIVERED TO MY DOOR! All sales are final so I am stuck. No one sits in it. Go elsewhere if you want honesty. Great salesman though! He called after seeing this review to demand i retract this because he says I lied about it. I DID NOT LIE ABOUT THIS! I dont think my feet shrank by 5 inches so they didnt hit the floor like in the store and I have a herniated disk that cant take a pillowed upper back like the one that was delivered to me! I sat in that chair for over an hour and felt so comfortable and when it arrived at my house I couldnt sit in it for 2 minutes without pain in my neck and my feet dangling! The leather was smooth at the store and here it has texture as well. I know what I bought but it is not what I received! he states he covered the chair after we left but perhaps he covered the wrong one or he knew all along but just make sure you get what you paid for. He never offered a refund by the way when he demanded I was wrong. I didnt expect it really after this experience anyway. Just dont want anyone else to experience this receipt!
