We bought 2 beds last April. One of our box springs broke. I called to let them know. I was having company for the weekend. I got a call back from Steve within an hour. He took care of me and I had a new one by that afternoon. I am so pleased with the service and product. It took such a load off of me!!

Bought a beautiful table and chairs, when the sales person was unable to work the leaf section properly, she demonstrated on another table stating they were the same.. when the table was delivered, which had to be rescheduled due to them being shorthanded, it was not the same.. i, however loved the table even though it was a week late and was not what the sales person had told me.. i ordered a bench to go along with it as well, was also guaranteed it was in stock, i was told 4-6 weeks, then 12 weeks, then close to 20 weeks for delivery.. never received any notification from anyone, i had to call them to find out after 7 weeks... the excuse was the pandemic, which i can understand, but the total lack of communication, customer service, the guarantees given during a pandemic, is outrageous, its no wonder i was the only customer in the store on a Saturday.. never again though... save your money and shop other local stores, the extra cost with far out weigh the horrible experience you have with this business...

They dont stand behind the stuff they sale. If they tell you lifetime guarantee they are lying to you. Will never shop there again. I hope no one else gets screwed like I did!! Definitely going to contact the furniture manufacturer to tell them about this wonderful experience (not) and how helpful they are!!!!! Please be aware of this place!!!

I like that it is family run and Their service after the sale proves They care. They take good care of me, anyway. Ive dealt with another furniture store in town in the past and if I had a problem, they blew me off.
