I’m in the Garden City location, Josh the store manager is not only extremely helpful and professional but he exudes kindness & elegance. He made my experience shopping effortless & calming. RJ an amazing interior designing associate helped my husband and I ordered two loveseats with confidence and creativity.The quality and customer service is second to none here at Z Gallery and we will absolutely be back to outfit additional rooms in our home!Thank you Josh, We cannot wait for our order!!
I experienced great customer service as well as a beautiful gallery. When I purchased my wine glasses, perhaps they were wrapped in a very thin paper, because not even out of the mall a bump in the halls by a passerby caused my glassed to shatter in the bag. I was very upset but decided to call the store from downstairs in a store below it. I let them know the situation and they were very kind to allow me back in to replace the item. They wrapped them up very well also and now Im the proud owner of BEAUTIFUL wine glasses. Id definitely visit again as well as recommend as a great store!

Gamal is an absolute beast at his job. He knew everything about any piece we asked for and offered realistic suggestions as to what we should or shouldn’t buy based off our family size and family age (2 small kids aren’t good around certain pieces)I absolutely hate shopping for furniture, and I rarely write reviews but I think an employee like Gamal should be recognized for his efforts. If you go to Z Gallerie, ask for him, you won’t be disappointed.
Stay Away!!! Worst customer service ever!I ordered two mirrors worth more than 600 dollars back in January.I drove all the way to Long Island in April to pickup and got WRONG item which is a vase.I called them for solution but did NOT get proper answer.I was told I need to drive back all the way again to store, return the WRONG Item which was their fault in first place, make the purchase again and wait for more months to get my mirror.Do NOT fall for the look of the store, service is HORRIBLE.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the furniture. way to overpriced for furniture made in china. the only positive is that its modern and looks pretty but not for long. I spend 4k on a table with chairs and i have it for 3 years the legs of the chairs are wooden and all chipped, the wood table is all chipped as well.if you want long lasting furniture this is not the place to get it.
We ordered a table from Z Gallerie back in January. The first time it got here it was broken. Second time it got here,the glass top did not appear. We called customer service, dude didnt even ask for our order number and was likewait two weeks for it to come. Two weeks passed we called and said it never came like you said and this time they asked for our order number and said to wait another two weeks. Now we are waiting and were told that it was our fault when clearly it isnt. Please do not buy from them you products will come broken or defective one way or another.
I wish I could say better things for this place. I went by the store to pickup an online order. Once they brought me the box I observed that the original tape that sealed the box was taken apart and someone had used another take to seal the box. I mentioned that to the teller at the store and she told me that is how its supposed to be.I responded by saying I dont trust that so Im going to open the box here before I go. Once I opened the box the furniture piece I ordered was broken (see photos).I mentioned that to them and the response was do you want us to bring you another one? Hahaha ... Well a refund is more appropriate1. They didnt even bother to apologise.2. It was obvious that I will be given something bad.3. They dont respect oyr time.I dont recommend this place but the conclusion is yours.

Buyers beware! Do not shop at Z Gallerie. They are unqualified in their operations/logistics and customer service. Not only did we receive the incorrect couch, but it was broken and Z Gallerie did not want to accept responsibility at first. Then the replacement couch was delayed -- We have not received it yet (6 months later). The only redeeming quality is that their customer service line was always polite.
One word, overpriced. You couldn’t imagine how upset I am as a customer who spent almost $11,000 on furniture at this store. My sofa legs are not great, my bed frame is squeaky and one frame came lopsided. You would think you get the quality you pay for but not the case. A $1000+ dresser, the drawer wouldn’t stay shut. I wouldn’t recommend anyone get anything here but the decor! Totally not worth it.

Be careful buying from this store, we purchased an expensive clock and after 5 months it no longer works. We called customer service and was hung up on, called back and another reo tried to help us but was told by her supv that it only has a 30 day warranty. There customer service is horrible and do not deserve our business.
I ordered bar stools. After ordering them I continued to track the order off the email receipt they sent me. After weeks of going online to see if anything changes I decided to call. My first call to their customer service I was informed that my order delivery estimation is being pushed back by a month because the Chinese vendor is backed up because of Chinese New Year celebrations. My original delivery estimation was already 3 months after I ordered the product so I decided to call again that day and cancel my order. They wouldnt allow it without a 50% restocking fee because it is a custom order. The order is 3 bar stools. I tried to cancel this order 2 months before they think Ill get it. Needless to say Im positive my order has not been built. They could just refund my money based on decency. They chose not to. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Horrible. Order dining table and chairs. Waited 5 months for delivery. Not kidding. Ordered in September told us 8 weeks, received in February after many calls. Finally shows up and missing 2 chairs. Told theyd be here in a week. Now end of March still no chairs. Buy somewhere else or build your own.

Worst Costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to wait over 1 month to receive an order i placed in store. Having to call every week to hear the status, Being told that they still had not received my order, because it came from “california” nit even products from China take this long....to hear today from an employee that my order has been sitting in the back for a while and that i must go pick it up as soon as possible because since its been over 30 days that i placed the order they were going to VOID my purchase and i would have to place a new order if i still wanted it. I don’t recommend for you to waste your money there. Expensive & terrible costumer service!!!
Purchased a dining table and it took 5 weeks to deliver. Two weeks later I gave them a second chance, I purchased a frame online with a promise to pick up in store the next day. When I went to the store to pick up the item they informed me they did not have it in stock and I would have to wait 2 weeks. Manager did not apologize or did anything to resolve the issue.
The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because I came across a young man who was very polite and did an amazing job helping me get my dining table and chairs fix (Francisco Alvarez) he was very polite, professional and HELPFUL! He was the only person willing to help me, if not I would of given Zgallerie 1 star because the staff needs a lot of improvement. It took me 6 months to get the right person to help me. I’ve been trying to get my dining table fixed and I was getting the run around, after spending 2 hours on the phone with Francisco he was able to help me. Stephanie, Jada and Jose Reyes did a terrible job! They didn’t attach my ticket number in the emails I received so my request was coming up as I never contacted costumer service, they never sent my request to the technician department. Most of the representatives in Zgallerie do act like you are doing them a favor when you are spending so much money. You should hire more people like Francisco and I hope he gets a promotion he deserves it!!!
BEWARE OF THIS STOREThe online ordering to store pick up interface does not work. If there is an issue with anything, give up because the outcome will never be in your favor. I had ordered online to pick up in the store, but when I got there, 2 items were missing and they did not have them, and i would have had to order them and ship them for extra $$. All because the website and the inventory in the store do not talk very well?? Yeah, ok so refund me. We cant do that because you used Paypal to pay for your order. So, I had to call customer service to get my refund, while Im standing in the store to get my refund! (and I was on hold forever) Not to mention how upset I am, driving out of my way to pick all of this stuff up (about 1 hour without traffic).I get home and open a box with plates I had purchased, and they are the wrong color. Words can not describe my mood at this point. Now, this is a lesson for all. Always open the box before you buy. This box was labeled correctly but the plates inside were not as described. Call the store, Yes, we have them. We will set it aside to exchange. Great, drive all the way back to the store the next day... they dont have it, or any for that matter. Apparently, the manager Lawrence had told his employees to put everything out, they were no longer holding items for anyone. Which is definitely the wrong move considering the item is paid for! Now, at the store, they wont ship it to me without having me pay $$ for shipping, I cant get refunded at the store because its paid with Paypal, I cant make an exchange at the store for another item because its paid with Paypal, and I would be in the area next week to pick it up - but its too late to order and have it sent to the store by then. Worst service ever. And mostly because its worked into the system that way and they cant change it.I gave this store 2 stars only because the employees for the most part were so helpful, and most of what is wrong with their system comes from higher up. And the quality of there goods overall is wonderful and I will most likely shop at Zgallerie exclusively online.
This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced, not only they took 5 weeks to do the delivery, they sent me the wrong bed, after 3 attempt trying to reach a customer service representative, they said I will get a call within 5 business days, NEVER received a call to advised me when i will get the correct order. The bed was TOTALLY different than what i ordered and the bed also had mismatch colors, they took two different bed and made one. NEVER AGAIN
While the home decor is beautiful, the customer service is horrible!! Most of the employees, managers especially are horrible! If you ask about a product or even make a purchase, they act like there doing you a favor!! Theres one female manager, crazy colored hair, (they call her Gigi or something stupid like that) is soo trashy she should be working at TJ max rather than ZGallerie.. its a shame because they really have gorgeous stuff!! But thank god they have a website!!
So disappointing! We ordered a couch from z gallerie in the beginning of March. We were told we would get the delivery in may. It’s now June 26 and still no couch. We’ve called them repeatedly to be brushed off and told the shipment would be coming in a few days to them and they would call us to schedule delivery. Another week went by and we call again to be told the same thing. We asked to speak to a manager and said how unhappy we are. We were told he would be calling us back within 24 hours. Again no phone call and it’s 4 days later. I will never order from here again. It’s ridiculous how long it’s been since we ordered the couch and even more ridiculous at how horrible their customer service is.

Worst customer service imaginable. Will never be ordering from them again. Website is horrible. Placed 5 orders to date and none have been a smooth transaction. In stock table that was ordered took 4 weeks to deliver. Instock pillows ordered waiting for 2 weeks, have yet to receive them. Ordered a couch, says 4 months to deliver. Will see when it happens. Should have never ordered from them. Each time I call customer service I’m getting the same response that I will receive tracking order by end of the day and item is on a truck, never happens. When you call customer service you are put on hold for at least 20 min each time. Wasting my life just trying to call them constantly for even the simplest items. It’s like talking to dumb and dumber on the other line. Do not waste you time, I’d rather pay more and have better customer service and not waste my time calling each and everytime.
I wanted to buy an ornament on a tree, it had a price tag on it and I was basically yelled at for taking the ornament off the tree and told it was a display. I was told I couldn’t buy the ornament in store and they would have to order it. Very rude salesperson!
If I could give a ZERO for customer service I would. The staff at the Roosevelt Fields mall are horribly. Zgallerie has lovely pieces, but the sales associates are unrefined and unprofessional. For such a nice store, reengineering of staff would welcome a lot more clients. I really wanted to return all items purchased and go elsewhere to spend my hard earned money, and time. Training courses on customer service will do this establishment justice. I will not recommend this store to any of my clients, friends, or family. So unfortunate because zgallerie at Roosevelt Fields is easily accessible to my clients and myself. I would like to commend Natalie from the Roosevelt Fields mall for her professionalism and her assistance. Keep up the great work Natalie. The other staff members will benefit from customer service courses. I will not return to this location until the sales associates are replaced or practice better customer service skills.
Omni Chandelier fell on the screw threading and landed on my dinner table after only being installed for 6mnths. I have been trying to get on to someone to address this issue sent emails, phone calls and they never looked at any pictures just said it was an installation issue and 30 days have passed.. seriously!!!? its been 3 weeks of constantly waiting for a response and all i get is it didnt happen within 30 days. worst customer service i have even received for a high end store totally disappointed. now am stuck with a broken $900. HORRIBLE!!! they have nice looking inventory, but cheap made and delivery will take months! spent over 30k and can not say 1 good thing about them, customer service is terrible as well. If you can actually get an honest response your lucky. They should be out of business real soon, very incompetent.
