I blindly went in here looking for a small gift to give for the holidays. The staff was extremely friendly and beyond helpful. Ended up leaving satisfied and with a great gift. There are plenty of options and I highly recommend the products.

I need a necklace for my daughter so I went into Swarovski and I encountered Valerie. Although they did not have a quite what I was looking for where she showed me something Called the evil eye. now this was for my daughter so I listened to what she had to say about it. This was right up my alley and I knew that it would be a hit with my daughter. When I’m trying to say is that Valerie showed me what it was I was looking for even though it wasn’t right in front of my face she is an excellent sales person. So if you looking for good customer service and great ideas come to Swarovski and ask for Valerie.

Stopped in to get a ink refill for my Breast Cancer Awareness pen and they were having a sale. Win, win!!

Great place to get unique jewelry and crystal objects. My wife has been collecting these pieces for years and they are just beautiful. If you are in to beautiful crystal collectibles go.

I purchased a necklace and bangle for my wife for our 7th wedding anniversary. Their customer service was absolutely exceptional. I believe the rep that helped us was named Valarie. Anyway, I would highly recommend purchasing jewelry from this establishment.

So I went to the store to exchange three items that are part of the new collection and clearly my purchases are available to be viewed under my account but I was told without my receipt they couldn’t be exchanged. I spend thousands of dollars at this store weather it’s getting their limited edition pieces or Disney collection or jewelry. In fact store managers at Smithaven and waltwhitman shops always call me when there’s a promotion. So the least they could’ve done was exchange the items considering the type of customer I am. The associates approach was so silly, telling me she can’t do it and it’s a new policy, which is a lie because just a few days ago I’ve exchanged pieces at waltwhitman shops. Her name was joey or janelle something, will never go there again, zero customer satisfaction.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Love it
