My son bought a shotgun and broke with in one day. When we returned Chris went above and beyond trying to repair the gun for him. When it became apparent this was a manufacture warranty problem, he was quick to offer a replacement. The entire time he was trying to repair it my son got a quick education on the common issues along with how to prevent them and replace them. Great level of customer service!

This store is only airsoft supplier in the local area and provides new players with the ability to have a hands on experience before they purchase a new toy. The store owner does everything he can to bend over backwards for new and existing customers and maintains a great relationship with the local community so people can purchase and play. The owner maintains great rates for the products and shipping is only limited by the supplier if the customer requests an item that isn’t available in store. I love the store, I’ve built a good relationship with them and the local community and I’ll shop local as much as possible

Everything I needed in one location. Everyone that worked there was very knowledgeable and helpful--you can tell they like what they do. The gun selection is impressive and the prices totally compete with anything online. Its my go-to store for anything airsoft.

Be careful if you are placing a special order for bulk wholesale. On my order they were inconsistent and dishonest about availability. I asked if they had product in store, was told yes and a price. I sold the product to my end customer based on the price quoted to me and told my customer I could deliver based on it being in stock in Garden City. When I called to confirm the order CSS told me they had to raise the price. This was within the same business day I received the quote. I wasnt willing to do the same to my customer so I lost that percentage of profit. I made arrangements to have the order picked up at CSS, to be told they didnt actually have it in stock but would the following business day. This was a Friday, to be in stock Monday. On Monday afternoon I called to set up pickup and they told me they received a shipment but had already sold some of it so they couldnt fill my order. The only option they had was to order more. The order was delayed weeks, and I was unable to fulfill to my customer on time. I did not get calls back from CSS when promised nor timely email replies. Many inconsistent stories were given to me as to when the order would arrive and why they didnt call back with information. One of the days when the shipment had been promised I called to check and I was told that sales staff couldnt help me, I needed to talk to the owner. I spoke to the owner, he promised a call back with tracking and then left and was, according to sales staff, out of service camping for 5 days. This was on a day when product had been promised to my customer, so I was left without info and unable to fulfill my contract.I did eventually receive the product, and some of the shipping delays were not under CSS control. I did not get honesty, communication or adherence to their own quotes.I only worked with them over the phone and via email so I cant speak to the retail and storefront side.

Really good but some very minor tweaks can be made. But not really note worth. only thing is I think it needs to be more neutral because people might get a wiff and cancel you because some things in store. But really good

The Owner Is A Pretty Cool Guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of the BDUs, etc are medium and smaller, however so i wasnt able to purchase what i was looking for, but he has a wide selection of other gear and Molle pouches,etc. Overall, a nice place with pretty great customer service.

Can’t say enough good things about the shop and staff here. My son saved money for a gun and had been looking online. He was ready to buy one online and I suggested we go check this place out. The staff spent a ton of time talking to us about options and sharing wisdom and advice. They didn’t pressure us at all, and even told us where we could get good deals on stuff they didn’t have or that we could buy somewhere else.In the end we bought a gun, clothes, ammo, and some accessories. They were by far the best choice. We got a great deal, a good set up and now know what we’re doing. Thanks to all the staff and the folks that helped us out!

The rifle part I ordered 05/20/21 has not arrived today is 07/02/21. Ive requested they send the tracking number but they have not responded back. I have a rifle that is useless till I get the part. Time to contact my bank and the BBB.

I bought an ICS M3 Grease gun, and I couldnt be happier, I bought it and had it shipped in through the shop, well, when I came in they gave me the charger and battery early saying how it was already paid for, so I could take it home to have the battery charged by the time I got the gun, I brought it home today and started firing it, LOVED IT! It came in perfect condition to, no problems. They were very friendly about it, amazing shop, really good gear, guns, and employees! Only question is, were you talking about the REAL Mr.T??? sorry if thats an odd question Justin.(Im the one who made the 3D printed sign)

Ive done some traveling access there Western states for various reasons, and everywhere I go I try to find airsoft shops just to see what they have. Im telling you, I have never seen any shops that have the same quality as Combat Sports Supply. Theyre more consistent in high quality than any shop Ive seen, and the guys there know more about the great and equipment than anywhere else Ive gone. 100% would recommend.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Justin at Combat Sport Supply. I had to cancel a pre order and he made it completely painless. Then I had trouble with putting in an order and he worked with me to make it happen.

Ordered a G&G G980 Kar98k and it came beat up and malfunctioning. There were scratches everywhere, it didn’t fire, and the safety did NOT work AT ALL. Tried sending it back after a month of trying to find ways to fix it but they didn’t accept it. I had to send it back to G&G for repair and it’s still not completely fixed. I should have bought a different model but more importantly, a different store. DO NOT waste your time and money with this place. It is not worth it.

So, Im a very novice person when it comes to airsoft. I really didnt know what I wanted or what I was doing when I was in there, but I was interested. So, I popped in just to see what was up, and I ran into Butch. To be honest, the dude looks a little rough, but when you get to know the man, he is an incredibly personable and entertaining person to speak to.He introduced me not only to their products, but got me introduced to the community they cater to. Hes a solid dude, who not only served our country, but also is a recent cancer survivor... Yeah, our conversation was awesome.Needless to say, the people at this place are not just about pushing you to make purchases, they are about the people and customer service. When you stop in expect to experience real customer service.

Went in to check out the store, the staff were very knowledgeable about all the products. Very helpful helping find the right mag pouch for my FN p90 and had mags in stock. Very good selection in store. Better to go in there than buy stuff on line that you are not sure of the quality, and or what to actually feel how the gun fits you and its actual weight and balance. I was looking at sniper rifles on line and it is so hard to determine which one is really good, they have a few in stock and let me know all about them and what up grades there are. The prices are very good as well. Must see place !!!!

Do NOT buy from these thieves! I put in a simple order in February.....it is now JULY and they have not shipped the entirety of my order. You heard me right....February....its now July. I ordered a few velcro patches, a plate carrier, and a few other small things. To date, I have not received 3 of the patches. Sure, Justin will occasionally email you and say J, (He abbreviates my name James as J like we are old drinking buddies, bear in mind I have never met this person in my life) the patches are on their way to us and they will be in the mail to you in the next 2 weeks.....that was months ago. Buy elsewhere, anywhere.

I don’t even know where to begin! First, they are AWESOME! I felt like they were very knowledgeable about there stuff and even taught me some knew things. And explained things clearly. The guy that helped me was blonde and had curly hair (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was super nice. Me and my friend went there and he was very patient with us. I asked him if HE could shoot it so I can see how it sounds and he did and offered to let me shoot it as well!!!!!! I ended up buying a gun (he didn’t push the sale at all) he treated me like a friend and not like a easy costumer to make a sale on. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Also, when I Bought my gun, he didn’t have the right battery in stock. So, he gave me HIS battery to use the until he got one in, instead of sending me home with no batteryPs- I went into a store, all of the 1 star reviews complain about buying one online. Just go into a store in person. It’s the internet, stuff happens. Now, I’m not saying that as a excuse but it’s just better to go in person.Over all- awesome, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS STORE

Yes I spent about 500.00$ in the store I paid 129.95 for one hand pistol just to find out I could of got the same one online for 59.95 so they charged me double plus ten dollars and it hasnt been a month yet so Im going tomorrow to see what they can do for me So check online and pay less than half price as what they charged me.

I’ve known Justin for 15+ years now and I’ve never had one negative experience. Prices are great, employees are honest, no games here. Will never not recommend buying from CSS and the crew. They carry a very unique variety of gear and are super easy to work with. Also a plus, “codename thunder” is easily one of the most fun Airsoft events in the country, but CSS carries goods for more than just Airsoft. Be sure to check them out

I would not recommend these guys at all. I placed an order in September of 2012 for four items that showed in stock. With no prior notice they sent me a partial shipment that consisted of two correct items, a duplicate of the second item (instead of the third item), and did not ship the fourth item. When I notified them they said that items three and four were out of stock. Over the last eight months I have requested that they ship the one item in any color (which they claim to have in stock) and that they replace the other item with a list of suggestions that I gave them. To this date I haven’t seen anything. They did indicate that they were going to ship a number of times, but have not supplied a tracking number, and have not answered the last four emails sent over two weeks. I have ordered thousands of dollars over the Internet, and this is the worse service that I’ve ever had.

These guys are the best in town, hands down. I went in to purchase my first airsoft gun after playing a few games with some friends. Everyone at Combat Sports Supply was extremely knowledgeable and helped me decide which gun best fit my needs and play style. I also decided to have some upgrades done to the gun and they gave me a very reasonable labor cost, and time frame for how long it would take. They have a huge selection of guns, optics, gear and camo. Anything you need for airsoft, theyve got it.

Ive known Justin and Butch for over 8 years. They have a wonderful passion for firearms, history, and replicas. If you have this same passion, they will go to the ends of the earth to help you find anything you might need. This store is a showroom for many common Airsoft and combat replica gear, not a warehouse. But if they do not have what you want, they can get exactly what you want, as long as you know what you want. There are faster ways to get the same gear, but in Boise; There is not one store dedicated to Airsoft that comes even close to the stock that Combat Sports Supply has ready to sell. The biggest kept secret of this store is the surprising amount of Plate Carriers, Vests, and Pouches that they have to build a custom piece of armor that will not only carry replica gear, but can be easily outfitted to have real steel armor plates installed. You can go in and try out these vest, to find what actually fits your body, be it big and tall, or a bit small, there is something there that can actually fit you; and you cant check clothing for fit on the internet.

Airsofters in boise or anywhere near there you have to come here justin is one of the nicest and one of the most knowledgeable guys I have met when it comes to airsoft. They have great prices good selection of guns they special ordered a Lm4 KwA gas blow back rifle for me and its been my favorite rifle since. Check them out if you ever get the chance!

Their knowledge of airsoft is very good. They helped me find what I needed quickly and what they did not have in stock they ordered promptly. My only issue what that I assumed like most businesses they would have a decent return policy. I was wrong. I had an emergency at home a day after getting my rifle. I brought the rifle back unopened and unfired but they will not return it for anything but store credit. I am trying to sell it now at a loss on Craigslist and Ebay. Its a simple thing but I think for all my future purchases, I will be finding some place with a half way decent return policy.
