Their customer service is literally non-existent.When my wife placed an online order she received an initial e-mail confirmation, and then she never heard from them again. She waited, and waited, and waited for weeks. Crickets. She left them several voice mails, and then I left them several more (they never answer the phone). No replies for 5 weeks. She then reviewed our PayPal account to confirm that they processed her payment. They processed it as soon as the order was placed, and three days after that they refunded the payment. Presumably this was their way of cancelling the order...but without any direct notification. We were happy to find that there are plenty of alternatives with lower prices, better selection, and real customer service on Amazon & eBay. Save yourself a good bit of frustration and steer clear of Healthy Home & Kitchen
