Love Brighton and the diversity of their selection. Always manage to find a great gift for someone special and for myself. I have always been impressed with their sales people who are incredibly friendly and helpful.
I had a very pleasant experience at the Brighton store in the Roosevelt Field mall. Last week was my first visit at this location and the two associates were very helpful and friendly. I returned this week because I had an issue with the clasp on my bracelet and Kathy the associate working provided excellent customer service addressing my problem. I would definitely return.
Coming here is always exciting because I find the right gift for myself and my friendsThe prices are rasonable and the merchandise is quality. I never have encountered a rude staff, just the opposite. Great store!
The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous and so affordable and the staff is just so helpful and so warm and welcoming!
I was a die hard Brighton customer. I love their unique style, but I noticed the end of December that some of my charms and bangle, which are less than a year old, were tarnished and had a peeling look. I took them to the store to get advised on what to do. The associate offered to send it out for cleaning and, if necesaary, they would replace them. A month later, they came back with little improvement. The associate offered to send it out again, and I accepted. I went today to pick them up, and they look slightly better but still see some black spots and a nasty stripe on one of my charms. The associate (a blonde lady) not once asked me how were my charms. She obviously didn’t care about my jewlery and am very disappointed in Brighton for their poor customer service. I honesly expected way more from them, and if my name would be pulled up, you’d see all the pieces I have purchased, pieces I have purchased for others, and pieces that friends and family members have given me. It’s been two months, and I still have damaged jewlery that are less than a year old. I’ll be thinking twice about returning to Brighton.
The staff in Roosevelt Field are very rude. I once ordered a bangle and when I called to see if it came in I was told it was sold to someone else and they would have to order another one. Recently I went in and there was only one other person, but I was not asked if I needed help. Then when the salesperson did come over she gave me an attitude for looking at something on display as if I was going to steal and how dare I touch a display. I would never shop at this location again, the staff in Staten Island are so much nicer!
I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and attentive. I would shop there anytime.
