I must say that Mont Blanc knows how to select people who are a true reflection of class understanding and compassion. To make a long story short I purchased a belt in Montrรฉal Canada ๐จ๐ฆ in Oct 12 2019 : the company offers a two year warranty. At the sole discretion of the boutique manager Vicky she allowed an exchange, which if she wanted to be technical she did not have to allow that exchange but the fact that I was unhappy with the product she went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer I wish every customer experiences this experience from both her and Jasmin . The belt had a defect and unfortunately I was unable to bring it back during Covid it was still under the guarantee warranty. But I didnโt purchase it from them but they stood up to the plate and they made the company a hero . In todayโs world so many companies are cold and callous and just want your money what Vicky and Jasmine did was to completely restore faith And trustworthiness in big companies who care about their clients as demonstrated by how gracious and wonderful they took back merchandise and exchanged it for a brand new belt. This experience is worth much more than what I paid financially for the belt. I Felt so good inside thatโs Vicky and Jasmine virtual reflection of what Mont Blanc is all about reputation customer service and standing behind their product Iโm not an easy client on the bottom of my heart I highly recommend everyone to visit the boutique in Roosevelt Field. You will be very happy with the customer service
I loved one purchased a pen from Montblanc andโฆ They purchased one that is not really right for me. Unfortunately they even engraved it. Iโm a customer of over 30 years but that doesnโt usually mean anything when youโre trying to return an engraved productโฆ Unless you are at this store. Wow!! When I say they help me. They gave me one of the greatest sales experience, and included a very difficult return. I have been a customer for 30 years. There is no other place for professionals to obtain these instruments and out of all the high-end stores that Iโve visitedโฆ This particular boutique and itโs manager Vicky K. Make sure the purchase of these high end pieces is a high end experience .... congrats Roosevelt field Montblanc you guys are 5 star excellent
A very pleasant staff runs the store. My toddler insisted on going in to see โMickeyโ in the window and i was greeted by a very warm and welcoming woman who appreciated the art of fine handwriting. That is refreshing! With my anxious toddler, she could have had a different attitude but she treated me like family. Very lovely staff- very memorable. Thank you.
I stopped in to sample their fragrance offerings (Highly underrated by the way, check out MontBlanc Legend Night for a terrific, people pleasing fall fragrance) and was met with a truly wonderful associate who guided me through their fountain pen offerings. And as a cherry on top, I had a nice conversation with another associate about fragrances. Really terrific, friendly, and personable staff here. If I ever decide to drop the money on some nice writing utensils, it will be here.
If you are ever looking for an exceptional experience, please shop at this boutique and ask for Manon. Her demeanor is charming and knowledge of the product was above and beyond. I purchased a Douรฉ Blue Hour Classique and had it engraved with my personal signature as well as several accessories to accompany it. Her level of approach is far above what youd find at even a flagship store, she will be my Montblanc contact from here forward. Thank you for the established trust.
Being Montblanc, a level of customer service is expected. A return for online purchased goods should be accepted in store with receipt by the manager of this store. You would think Montblanc isnt just a regular big box retailer and their customer service should be top notch, unfortunately I guess policies like this make it worse than Walmart.

Manon Swenson has been assisting me with all my recent purchases at Mont Blanc and i have to say she is the best sales rep. She has sent personalized notes mailed to my home thanking me for my purchase. She goes above and beyond to help find the perfect gift/purchase. I received a Key Chain from an associate last year as a Christmas present.One year later the latch fell apart. Knowing that Mont Blanc probably stands behind their product I went to the store in Roosevelt Field to get it replaced. (My office is across the street) I was told by the Boutique Manager Vicky Karayiannis that since I did not keep the warranty card that came with the key chain they could not do anything for me. They did not deny that it was a authentic Mont Blanc. It was my mistake to get rid of a warranty card for a $150.00 key chain. I am writing this to worn others to keep their warrantee cards even for their cheapest items. (When I mean cheap I mean a key chain that breaks within a year. I take full responsibility for not keeping a warranty card for a key chain. I warn others that Mont Blanc has no concern for customer service and their quality of their product. They would just as well lose a client for life then repair or replace a keychain.
