My husband and I went there to look for a desk for me. Chad greeted us at the door with a smile and gave us a tour. He let us check out the merchandise and when we needed him he was right there and extremely helpful. Chad was personable, knowledgeable and we feel that he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy & got what we wanted. We ended up getting 2 desks and a chair!! I had been looking for an office chair for a while before I stopped into Active Office Furniture. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Nick. He was helpful and pointed us in the right direction. We took our time and sat in every chair they had. Nick even came out of the back while eating lunch just to check on us and make sure we were doing alright and answer any questions. We found one we liked and the price was amazing. We ended up going shopping for some other things and by the time we were headed back the place was closed for the day. I went in Monday morning and Nick remembered me and gave me a warm greeting. Chad was able to help me load the chair in the car and ring me up. Not only does this place have a great staff that is happy to do business, but it has some of the best pricing available. The price for in the box or assembled is right on the tag, so no second guessing. I recommend anyone that is looking for office furniture to stop by and give them a shot. They also do large quantity orders as well as used furniture.

Our small business has purchased several thousand dollars worth of office furniture from this company in the last 6 months. Last week we purchased 2 used filing cabinets and once we got them to the office noticed that they do not have high sided drawers so they won’t hold hanging folders. We tried to return them to exchange for something that will work for us and they won’t take return without a restocking fee. I find it very rude and unprofessional that you would insist that a customer have to pay a restocking fee for filing cabinets that don’t hold files, not to mention the fact that our company has given you a great deal of money in the last 6 months and we are obviously not valued, it is very disheartening. I can say with all confidence that I will tell everyone I know and speak to, to not do business with this company as they have no concept of customer service or satisfaction.

Great service and wide selection of office items. The only thing is that the prices arent always as low as you would think they would be. If you dont find what you want though, come back in a week and you might find it. They have pretty good turnover on items.

A couple years ago we bought some very nice used chairs for clients to sit in and they have held up very well. Just recently we moved offices and needed some all new office furniture. We purchase a new desk, a credenza, a hutch and a desk for our new office assistant. All pieces are great quality and were very easy to assemble. We will be back when we expand again.

Just moved to Boise and needed to replace my old boat anchor steel case office desk which I left behind. After a couple weeks of hitting furniture stores and watching Craigslist we stumbled across Active Office Furniture. The folks there were super helpful as I tried to figure out how to configure my new space which was accomplished at a reasonable cost. I would have never managed without their help. My wife and I were able to manage the assembly and installation of our new modular setup without much trouble. Would highly recommend a visit for those needing either home or work office furniture.

Never been here. Never have the desire. Espacially after being tailgated on the freeway at 75+ miles per hour. Whoever drives a black Cadillac supporting your business, i have no idea why your such in a hurry in rush hr traffic to be tailgating me and other after you passed you. Ill buy my office stuff through staples and Craigslist.
