Excellent service and selection. They had the bayonet type light bulbs I was looking for that no one else seems to carry and they were even on sale! In a busy lot but there is plenty of parking.

The good news is they order online. The bad news is they totally screwed up the order and got the color wrong. I don’t see how they got the color wrong since the online site only had one color, but they screwed up the order really good. They kept passing off my order to other sales clerks since nobody wanted to fix the order. Got a refund and left. This store is a hot mess!

Its great having this store super close to home now. Im always in need of something during projects and they generally have it. Better than always driving to Home Depot. Maybe a tad more expensive but good quality tools and hardware selection. All the staff is super friendly, but not super savvy. The reason Im inclined to write is the one annoyance I have with this place... Im there all the time for something quick and I know what Im looking for, yet Ill have multiple people multiple times ask me if need help or what Im looking for, I feel hounded sometimes, just let me shop, I dont always know exactly what Im looking for until I see it either. Not a deal breaker, but for me, an annoyance. A greeting is great, but if I need help with something Id rather ask someone.

Excellent selection of stainless steel bolts and screws. Have good selection of items but not everything. Hit n miss sometimes. Excellent customer service to help you - they will find you to help and not the other way around!

Service is old school and excellent. Cant think of a time I walked through the door without being greeted. More importantly asked if I needed help and actually providing it with a positive attitude. I live close and have made this my preferred choice before going to the massive depot for my home. Even if I could save a few bucks elsewhere I prefer to support this well run local store that puts service first. Wide selection and usually have what I need.

May I suggest getting the older gentleman (sorry dont know his name) off of keys. Off of the register. And have him stick to door greeting. I came here because you were closer and smaller and maybe easier to deal with. Two visits, both poor experiences. Ill stick to Home Depot.

Ace Hardware used the nucest, most helpful employees of any hardware store Ive ever shopped at. The variety of merchandise is huge, & I always find new items I wasnt aware of to buy as gifts. A+

The staff at our Ace hardware is ALWAYS friendly and helpful in finding what I need. Its one of my favorites.

As always they have just what I was looking for except for one person in there wasnt wearing a mask when I asked him to go get one they sell them in the store he said I wasnt wearing an n95 so why should he have to wear one
