Kind of shady & definitely not professional. Ordered toilet two days in advance and was told they had two in stock. Showed up and was told they forgot to pick it up but could have it delivered in 1-2 hrs. I paid $400 for the toilet and now 5 hrs later no word and nobody will answer the phone.
Stay away from this business!Bought a $350 screen door 12 months ago, They installed it, came apart the 1st day. Ever since, he keeps lying to me that hell replace it. Now John - The owner, claims it was a bad product, and wants another $750 for a new one. Take your money somewhere else! Contact me for pictures and proof of work.
