My mother and I have been using public storage on Western in Gardena for over a year now. The storages are a nice size and resonably priced. Customer service is great as well. I had a issue with a lock that became slighly rusted and made it difficult to open. I went into the office and explained the situation and the young lady at the counter came to my storage unit immediately to not only help get the storage open but to exchange my lock for a new one. I am very pleased and cannot imagine my valuables being stored anywhere else.

Its our first time to rent a storage unit. I reserved a unit online, and they called us to made an appointment to view the unit. Jennifer is the one who help us. She is very nice and made the process quick and easy. Unfortunately, the second day, we dont need the unit anymore because our problem. Jennifer is very nice to help us. If next time I need a unit, this location will be our first choice. Recommended! :)

Not only has it been a convenient and clean place to store my things during my relocation, but I faced some hardship during my tenure as a client. Bertha, one of the managers, patiently assisted me in order to assess all the options available in order to keep me as a client and my valuable “treasures” safe and sound. I utilized the resources she gave and am still a client. The staff here, including the general manager, made me feel as important to them as a client as maintaining my hinge stored is to me!
