My son and I were looking for a queen size mattress for his apartment at UA. We went to Bedzzz Express in Hampton Cove and they were very helpful. We narrowed it to two mattresses however neither were in stock or the warehouse. So we went to three more stores before stopping at the West Huntsville Bedzzz Express where we met Mr. Mark Patterson, Store Manager. We explained that we had narrowed our choices to two mattresses and he confirmed none were showing up in the computer so he picked up the phone and called three Bedzzz Express to confirm they didn’t have one and sure enough they didn’t. He then took the time to write down the phone numbers to five additional Bedzzz Express in the Birmingham area. The first one we called in Gardendale we were assisted by Bethany who had one of each! So my son selected the one he wanted and we handled the entire transaction over the phone and will pick up the mattress on the way to Tuscaloosa this weekend. It turned out perfectly and it was because Mark Patterson unselfishly went the extra mile to help us find what we were looking for. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new mattress! Thank you for allowing me to share this.

Found out the hard way Tempur-Pedic no longer makes quality beds, at least not in my price range, but thats not the stores fault. That said, was greatly upset to discover the stores comfort guarantee I paid extra for only covered a full-priced exchange for the first ninety days, then it drops to only cover 75% of the value. However the manager, Bethany Moman, agreed to not only give me the full value, but even comped me the additional cost needed to exchange the Tempur-Pedic for another bed in a similar price range. Im very grateful she was on duty and definitely will be asking for her specifically when making my next purchase. =)
