Service was great and a friendly environment

I’ve been in about 6 different standards within the past 4 months. They never have anything in stock. I have shopped here for years and they have always had what is on the floor in the warehouse. Apparently not anymore. My parents shopped here and my parents, parents! Order more items at a time or you are going to loose a lot of business. Every salesperson and manager I have come in contact with are incredible. The stores are always clean and nice product. You just can’t sale the product if you don’t have it!

I’m very disappointed with Standard furniture in Gardendale. We placed an order early May 2020 and were told our order would arrive in 2 weeks. It is now late August and we have yet to receive our order. We have called multiple times and the staff is very unclear on what the delay is. The lack of transparency is unprofessional and the fact that I have to constantly reach out to them to question the delay is absurd. We will be getting a refund because the way this was handled is truly unacceptable. I understand the Covid pandemic is going on but at least be clear and vocal about our order and it’s whereabouts.

We went to Gardendale location to just look because we are in the process of buying a house and wasnt going to be closing or moving till a later date and Becky Collins was so helpful to come up with a plan for us to go ahead and start the process of to purchase our furniture.
