I have a storage unit here. The people are very nice and willing to work with you. They have gone beond for me & its so appreciated. And to top it off, Im lucky enough to be greated by the dog. I wouldnt take my business anyplace elc.

They are always professional. Lance is very friendly and makes sure to explain something you may be concerned with.

The work that was done by Gardner Auto Body on my husbands truck was so well done and extremely professional that it looks brand new! They took great care of us and their customer service was excellent....communication is key and they were on top of it through each step of the way. We highly recommend them!

Showed up to tow my expedition in a timely manner. I was stuck on main street with my 7 yr old daughter with me. The tow driver was quick and also made sure that my daughter and i were safely in his truck. Had no problem answering my daughters questions and was very polite the whole time. Also a very reasonable price for any in town tow, compared to others iv used over the years. I will be using them any time i need anything towed. Best tow experience iv had.

Gardner Auto Body did a fantastic job on the repair and paint job on my car and finished the job earlier than expected! Highly recommend.Friendly and courteous staff.

I feel that these people are honest with us and try to give us the best deal. They have saved me a lot of money compared to other places I have been given quotes on my vehicles. Several times they have told me cheaper ways to fix things or whether or not it was a repair that could wait to be fixed. I dont know what that other reviewer was talking about with the front desk lady. Everyone there has always been very friendly and helpful to me! I will keep going back to Gardner Auto Body!

These guys are great! We broke down just south of town. The diver (whose name escapes me) went the extra mile to help us. He was kinda enough to bring me to one of the hotels in town after the tow and even made a second trip back when I realized Id forgotten something I needed. They got my van in first thing in the morning and we were on the road by lunch time. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Last Friday we went around getting estimates on fixing the fender on our car because a deer ran out in front of us. We went all around and ended up at Gardner autobody, I took the car in the following Wednesday. They told us it would take two days, they called me Thursday morning telling me the car was done! Great services, good prices and wonderful work!

Lance was very thorough with the estimate and helped me with the deductible saving a few bucks! The work was fantastic! Definitely will recommend to my friends and family!

Dont take your car to Gardner Auto Body. I had a 20 dollar bill sitting in the center console and when I received my car back it was gone. I wouldnt trust their mechanics with anything now. Freaking thieves. Just lost my long time business, I have no problem taking my car elsewhere.

The place is such a rip off...The owner is Creepy and RUDE!!! I got charged 270$ to have my car towed 500 yards..not even store for 48 hrs. My family is a business owner in Gardner for approximately 14 years and we hear a LOT of negative things about this place ..Nor would I ever recommend to a friend..I will continue to say bad things bout that guy forever!! Have a good day!! (not that it matters..Lol)

Worst place ever took in 1994 chevy silverado they say it took them over 6 hours to find that the distributor was out of timing and charged me $300. thats right on the same page as the old worry that a shop is going to replace a fuse and charge $300 just for that trick.besides that how does it take a professional shop 6hrs to figure a distributor is out of timing on a 350 chevy motor. like i said worst place ever was totally taken advantage of there.

DO NOT Get your car towed from these people!!! They will rip you off!! I thought the KCMO towing prices were out of control? No, these guys dont have nothing on them!! They charged $240 for tow that was approximately 500 ft from their shop! Now if that isnt literally ripping people off, I dont know what is?They should be ashamed.....absolutely ridiculous!!!
