The staff at Salvadore Auto Body are amazing. I got into a car accident, which as everyone knows is a very hectic, stressful time. They walked me through the process of fixing my truck, and kept me up to date on its progress. They also helped with information on how to go about getting a rental car, which I did. When I picked up my truck from the shop, it looked brand new. The workmanship is second to none. And to top it all off, they detailed the interior which looks fantastic and they washed my truck as well. Now thats what I call customer service. Thanks

I bought my truck from Salvadore.. So when I hit a bird that broke my grill I thought why not bring it to the place where I bought it.. Well it was a very short visit.. the person manning the desk at the auto body shop wouldnt even get out of his chair to take a look at my truck.. He just wanted to know how it would be paid for.. either by me or insurance. ..Why would it matter ??? I needed it fixed no matter who pays for it... Oh well... Another dealer was more than happy to help me and has probably earned my business from now on...

Salvadore Body replaced the power mirror in my stepdads van quickly & for a reasonable price.

Awful staff. Dishonest kind of people, rude and unprofessional. I brought my 2013 red jeep in after a car accident (I was not at fault, insurance was involved for repairs) they claim and agreed with adjuster that all I needed was cosmetic repairs. I made it clear that my car was not running the same and lots of noises. Salvadore explained that they looked into EVERYTHING and they found nothing. After the cosmetic work was completed by salvadore, my jeep was not driving right still, it felt unsafe. I called salvadore to explain and they jumped right into money, saying I have to pay to have my jeep looked at again. Granted in the beginning, I told them car problems that happened right after the car accident and they made no effort to listen to me or to speak up for me to the adjuster.So I decided not to proceed with them and go to orange Chrysler and jeep dealership. They were great. They took about 5 minutes to look at my Jeep and they immediately brought me back into the garage to show me what they found. They had my jeep lifted so that I can see. They showed me that my frame was bent into a diamond shape and my tire was pushed back a couple inches and thats why my car was not feeling right. They immediately sent me over to Quality Auto Body in orange ma. Peter the owner of quality body, took care of my jeep: Exceptional work. Honest man. He vouched for me to my insurance company and took multiple pictures of the damage that occured due to the car accident. The repairs cost about 10k. While Salavdore body shop in gardner agreed with adjuster and told me all I needed was cosmetic work and that they looked into EVERYTHING and saw nothing more but cosmetic repairs. Again, they are dishonest, rude, lazy and unprofessional. Beware of this place.

My fiancee works there an he loves his job the people an the work. They do awesome work an make your look as if it never was in an accident.

Had work done here and staff was very professional and curtious. The work performed was outstanding. The work was done in a fair amount of time and looked great. I would recommend salvadore auto body to everyone I know.

They repaired the driver side door which was rusting. Looks like nothing was touched. Paint matched perfectly.

Well showed up for my appt was misinformed on the service Ive come a long way to find out that they cant do it after I was told a week before that they can and I pulled up this morning and no parking I pulled up to the door and then spoke to an older associate and he said that I wasted a trip that they dont touch the rocker panels and that who I spoke to misinformed me and that he was to busy with accidents so then I asked if they can direct me elsewhere and he said no I went back in my car and another associate pulled up behind me in a white pick up knocked on my window and told me to move my truck he was very rude and I told him there was no parking that I was here for service and he left Ive bought two veachels from salvadors the sales were nice but the auto body and service were very umproffecinal very disappointed

Vary unhappy bad communication, terrible customer service. nothing on time i would save your self from the hassle an keep driving.
