We were referred to Auto Doctors by a friend and my wife and I are very happy. They fixed a weird wiring issue, caused by mice on the mass air flow wiring harness and did reasonable and effectively on our F150. They had to create it since our part is hard to find. (the wiring portion). I just took my Buick Verano in and it was running rough. All good now. Very friendly and efficient.

This place is great, I stopped in with my check engine light on the guy stopped what he was doing gave me a ride to work . Called me with est on repairs and car was ready same day and 50.00 less than what he told me. Recommended some other maintenance items, did not push me to buy extras said they could wait till next oil change

The owner told me it would be $125 to look at my windshield wiper and washer fluid pump. Told me I would need to drop it. Made arrangements with him to drop it off when they opened. Told him i would have to rent a vehicle for the day. I asked a family member to take me to Enterprise to rent a vehicle. Went to drop my truck off. Owner said he was short handed probably wouldnt get to it that day. I said I have a company and short handed like every small business in America right now. I said I dont put that burden on my customers, thats why I rented a vehicle. I have an obligation to be at the jobsite and honor my commitment. I had to go to work so I left it. Had already spent $128 on rented truck for work. At lunch i got a hold of a ride to follow me. Called Auto Doctors and told them not to touch my truck that i was picking it up. My thought was this guy shouldnt be in business. He cant look at it let alone do the work needed to fix my vehicle. So my experience was terrible, the owner was a liar, and a thief. I hope he goes out of business soon. I hope all his employees find a better boss and mentor to work for. This place is a disgrace. Its not even worth 1 star, but they asked for a rating.

They diagnose some issues I was not aware of. My only concern is they need to call and check if repairing the problem is okay at that time. Im a senior citizen and have to budget my money.

I have never been disappointed with the service at Auto Doctors. They have worked on all my cars that dont have factory warranties. The owner and Service Manager are quick to give you a diagnosis and estimates seem reasonable compared to other local shops. I would recommend using Auto Doctors to anyone that needs work done on a vehicle.

I wouldnt advise getting work done here. i did not come here to fix my car, however, i came with my girlfriend to drop her car off for the night. for one, she had come to this place the year before and replaced her a/c compressor, which is a hefty cost. this spring as it started to warm up, we found that her a/c had completely stopped working. when we brought it in to get looked at, we were told that it would cost $800 to unclog the compressor and we were not offered any consolation. secondly, the shop was a mess and the lobby was bleak and dirty looking. one star because the gentleman we talked to at the front desk was nice

Great, I have been to many car shops. The guy in the office really took time to talk to me about my car. He explained I was coming due for a riming belt tune up among other things. Did not pressure me to do one that day. Even told me I had a recall on my car I didnt know about. I WILL BE BACK TO GET THAT TIMING BELT DONE.

I had them fix my power steering, it went out again within the week, and when I went back they fixed it again free of charge because they said it was caused by a simple issue they had missed. Its good to have an honest mechanic in gardner. I feel like other garages would have charged me again to fix it, and I would have been none the wiser.

I just love the folks at Marriott! I bring all my vehicles to them as they are trustworthy, professional and their service is impeccable. They have performed oil changes, serviced the air conditioner, clutch, alternator and now brake job for me and I have never had any issues with quality of work. They truly are the best!

This was my first time using this place. Google Map didnt take me anywhere near them, so I did mention it to the man. They are pretty good in their customer service. I was waited on immediately. No others were waiting. Besides their garage was pretty full, so they are a busy shop. I was only in for an oil/filter change. The service technician finished my vehicle in a good amount of time. I waited so, it was a reasonable amount of time. And, I wasnt pressured into another service. He did let me know I had an indicator on, and if I knew of it. I think they are somewhat new...to that location. The small waiting/front area, could be more friendly, for waiting customers. There is a restroom, but I didnt use it. The man (I think) was the owner, that helped me, seemed a kind person. He let my in training service pup come inside with me. He was a very nice man. Nice atmosphere, clean store. I would return, and definitely refer.

I recommend this place to everyone I know. They are straight forward and to the point and I feel that they are honest with you and dont try to get you do something you dont need

Simply the BEST! Needed a new alternator at 1pm on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Had to have it back that same day because our son needed it to help move. Marriott had it diagnosed, installed, and back to me in 3 hrs. Nowhere else would take care of its customers like Marriots does. THANK YOU!

These guys are wonderful. I took my car in to have my O2 sensors replaced. Though they had to refer me to the dealership, they didnt charge me for the diagnostic or their time. I appreciate their honesty, integrity and quick response time! My next car will be one they can handle all of my repairs on!

Brought my vehicle here today to get an oil leak fixed and the quoted me to begin with and when they got under the hood it didn’t end up being what they thought so they fixed the correct problem. They were completely honest with us and did an awesome job! The car was done within two hours of them being open! Will be taking our vehicles there from now on! Thank you!

Charged us $135, did not fix the problem and our car battery was dead when we got our car back (battery was 1 year old and jumping did not work).Update:They took our car back in for free and when I drove it home it did not shake or shudder. If the problem does not come back in the next couple weeks I will be happy.Update #2:The car started shaking again when I drove it home from work (same day it was fixed the second time). Back to unhappy. They do seem like nice hard-working guys but I do need my car to work.
