The sales staff was very helpful and professional. They understood our style of furniture we were looking for and showed us many different varieties to choose from. Was an easy and non pressured buying experience. What put them over the top was Michelle in the delivery department. She went above and beyond to get an issue with our delivery resolved and got our furniture delivered sooner than expected. The two young men who delivered our furniture were top notch, very personable and professional. They had everything inside and put together in no time. We will surely be back for additional purchases.

Was there this past week with my wife to purchase a sofa. Went back here because of our outstanding experience in purchasing a new bed there last year. Best place in the Gardner area to shop for your furniture. Dont drive any further. Very reasonable prices and a great selection. Something for every price range. Sales team was friendly but after purchasing and taking the cushions home, returned in truck for sofa to find they had trucked it to their warehouse and I wasnt allowed to retrieve it that day. Good people, poor management.

Friendly staff. I would give 5 stars but after ordering furniture delayed due to COVID-19. They didnt keep me updated and lines of communication were poor. However, after speaking to the owner he did his best to rectify the situation. After 3 months finally have my furniture.

I will say I am extremely pleased with the couch itself and the third party deliver/setup was swift and easy. I wont go as far to say it was well worth the wait because nothing not custom should take 107 days to deliver but understanding the circumstances and the well understanding conversation with the owner finally, it seems that all parties are in satisfaction.The England 7300 Seneca falls couch set up is exactly what we expected and we are definitely putting it to great use. However, I want to purchase one item that will complete the couch but I am nervous and weary that I will have to wait another 3 months for them to come in. Completely understanding any inevitable delay due to COVID we expected the couch by October the latest.After a silent period from late August till November I decided to reach out the Gardner location to get any updates. Finally on November 12 I had reached Joe and he told me our furniture was in warehouse and theyd start the process of delivery. On November 16, I had called again for an update and spoke to a Michelle who informed us about the delays that they were facing. She had stated that the couch was ready to go but since their delivery trucks were booked, they had to use an outside delivery service. I completely understood that there would be delays but now I felt I had more questions than answers after spending the amount I did and still not have my product almost 3 months later.I called back to see if and when they would have my couch delivered and I even offered to pick up the couches myself as long as they waived my delivery charge since I would have to rent my own truck and pick it up. I spoke to very nice woman named Sam who really tried to expedite the process and I understood she was just stuck in the middle but I still did not have an answer about my delivery. About 2 hours later Sam called me back and said Michelle has just got to your paper work and she will be creating the invoice at the end of the day if not beginning of the work day tomorrow and expect an email stating when to expect delivery.I was skeptical because it was week before Thanksgiving but remained hopeful that maybe after 100 days we would get what we paid for. We are now at 103 days without our $$$$ and our couch and not any closer than we were back in August. I also called four times today and left a message.I am aware of the great reviews of Gardner Outlet and I am hoping this is just a rare occurrence and that I receive my couch sooner rather than later.I will keep all updated.

Im revising my review because it is now clear that the delays were caused by the suppliers. Gardner Outlet Furniture went out of their way to stay on top of the suppliers and it clearly had the desired effect. I would not hesitate to shop there again.

I have had difficulty getting answers about a delivery I have been waiting for I have spoke to customer service and thought I would hear soon and didn’t I went into the Leominster store they looked up my order called distribution they said the would call me back and nothing I hate to complain but I can’t seem to get an answer about my delivery I really love the store but I am at a loss for answers

Great place for all of your furniture needs. We were able to order what we wanted, but they have pieces in stock. Great prices and knowledgable sales people. You can even look through their stock and order through their website. I highly recommend them.

Went in looking for a sectional. Got very little assistance when looking. The woman working was very quick to help the couple that walked in AFTER us. Maybe she thought we couldnt afford new furniture because we look young. When the employee did talk to us, she automatically assumed that our residence was too small for a sectional. (with no information given about our home)After being there for about 20 minutes without getting much help, we left and bought a $2,000 sectional at a competitors store.You guys missed a sale.

We went in looking at lamps for our livingroom. Cindy was really nice and friendly. We wish we had waited and got our livingroom set here. The place was very open and nice. I would recommend this to a friend or family member.
