The store associate named Shay was very polite helpful and she knew what she was doing so we werent there for a very long time which is good she answered all our questions and like I said before she was very helpful

Do yourself a favor and find a different store. There are many. The positive reviews for this store were written by friends of employees. The redhead guy took our phone in during an upgrade. The phone has since “disappeared” and I’m being held accountable to pay for it. The manager has lied about doing “behind the scenes” work to “help” us. She claims video footage from that day must be pulled/ordered. After several weeks of nothing happening, I called corporate and no such procedure exists. The coworker for the guy who took our phone remembers the transaction yet nothing can be done. I completely feel like this store could NOT care any less about customer service. This is not the only dissatisfying experience we’ve had, as most employees there are rude and uninterested in customer service....this is just the last and most recent awful experience.

Had a great experience at this location which I have not experienced at other locations in the past. I went in looking to get a new phone upgrade and the manager Nour took care of me. She was very nice and helped me setup my phone and choose a case. From now on this will be my regular location when I need service done with my account.

My Father and I spoke with Retail Sales Consultant Ms. Bri. She was pleasant and very informative. She knows her stuff and made us feel welcomed.Looking forward to purchasing my new iPhone 11 Pro from her in the near future

Theres is no help when you have questions about your account. I went there to ask for the promotional deal they had going and the store said they could not help with it. Another time I go to store and there was no explanation as to why my bill was higher 😒 then anticipated. Overall store is clean and neat.

Came into the store looking to upgrade my phone. There was only one person working and she was vacuuming the floor at the time. She was able to upgrade my phone plus add another line for me, plus help four other people that came in. I was amazed how well she was able to multitask as well as her professionalism. Great place! I had purchased a Note 7 from here right before it was recalled. Once replacement Note 7 were available they they took care of all the paperwork and the swap out really efficiently. I would recommend this store!!

I had a fantastic experience at this AT&T store, although at first it may not seem so. There were problems with the Direct TV installation, promotional pricing and billing that no one on the phone (3-1/2 hours on phone & online chat) could straighten out.I went back to the AT& T store, and the manager, Justin Dillon, promised to rectify both my problems right there in the store! I am so grateful I had Justin. And Im recommending that store to everybody because of how well I was treated and how my issues were immediately resolved. Definitely 5 Gold Stars!!

Avoid this location at all costs. Make the trip to the independance store location. It is unfortunate but its better than a representative making mistake after mistake in your account. Representative had no idea how to do a sim swap. He ended up adding a extra line to my account. No one there ever answers the phone. Representative was not properly trained or professional looking. What a disgrace to the AT&T brand

I had a problem with billing on my I phone and did not know where to start-I went into the ATT store on Vista Way and met Ronelle. Let me say- this is a very competent, professional, empathetic smart guy. He knows his stuff, and he knows what to do. I was there on Sunday very late in the day- he suggested I come back today ( Monday morning ) to make sure it is all fixed. It is.Ronelle was instrumental in know what department of AT&T to call, he identified himself as a ATT rep with a problem to get solved, and he cut thru to the solution.Also in the hour that I was there, he helped 3 or 4 people at the same time.
