Essie at this store is phenomenal. I put some kind of a mess that was an App on my phone and they made it very hard to take off. She worked with it until she figured it out and got it off of my phone. I am so grateful because it really got on my nerves.Essie is the best. Get your needs met at the Garfield Store!!

What a great and easy experience. I stopped in just before the store closed, mostly out of curiosity. I received a friendly and welcoming greeting from Shi. She offered to help me and I basically only had questions about what was available. Her ability to quickly address my question and inform me of great options turned me from a looker to a satisfied buyer. I never once felt rushed or pressured and she provided me with exactly what I wanted. Shi was pleasant, personable and professional. Thank you very much for the great experience.

Giving this place a star killed me inside to rate it that high. This is by far theworse consumer service Ive ever gotten. And please dont try to call them, they never answer the phone. Ive watched the person literally ignore the call when they were doing nothing

My Husband and I recently visited this location to purchase new phones and were greeted by three very nice women. They were knowledgeable about the phones that we were looking for and patient when I couldn’t decide which phone to get. They were pleasant, kind and friendly.

Cricket wireless is without a doubt the worst cellphone company iv ever had and not just me but everyone i kno can say the same. Customer service is completely horrible does not carry usa standards and have complete disregard for u or anything u have to say. Plz dear reader do not go thru them they say there a prepaid phone company but there not and in this they use against the consumer and use ur money to in the long run basically screw u over.
