I spoke with Meghan or Megan in the pharmacy department two times tonight and she had the worst disposition I’ve ever encountered in patient care . Her attitude is literally inhuman and I would suggest a career change. She didn’t want to fill my mother prescription she did not want to help my mother just had an eye stroke and emergency eye surgery in correlation with not taking her daily medication to control her blood pressure. Megan kept interrupting me, she also told me my mother doesn’t have any other prescriptions she also pointed out my mother hasn’t filled her medication in months. I have never been more displeased with a business and employee in my life . It is a great disservice for CVS to have Megan represent them.
They DO NOT compute your coupons correctly! Review your receipts! I had a 32% off entire purchase coupon that netted me $1.86 on a $23.00 purchase. Im no math major but I was short changed. I emailed repeatedly (Stacey Doberdruk), with no results or satisfaction. I gave them 2 weeks to correct this issue and so far no resolution. So hence this post. I will never go there again. The only way to fight against this is with your wallet. They wont see mine again.
Terrible experience. Im call the corporate office. They took long coming to the front. Then he was helping me. Stop help me to help somebody else. I told him i was in a hurry i have a appointment. He was moving even slower than stop to talk to someone. Being spiteful. I just left. That will make CVS store look bad. The store need to talk to there work about poor customer service. I will be calling the. About thismanager
I go here often and all times of the day and night. I have never had a bad experience. The workers has always been respectful and beyond helpful.
I just got of the phone with Kevin and he was very nice to me. Make sure he gets some appreciation. Happy new years! Also i found my snickers bar so thanks Kevin.
Never had an issue with this place but its funny reading all the 1 star reviews only dealing with picking up prescriptions.
Only 1 side of the drive thru works. Pleasant cashiers and pharmacists. Usually unbelieveably crowded.
I ALWAYS have issues when it’s time for me to pick up my medications. Within the last two weeks, I’ve experienced super long wait times to speak to a Pharmacist. I mean over 30 minutes! This is now my 4th time trying to call this evening for a prescription that was supposed to be ready 2 hours ago!
This is the worst store ever if you can go somewhere else definitely go. They are very rude and lazy.. They never answer the phone... I held on the phone for over a hour just to see if they would pick up. It takes them 24 hours or more to fill your medications. They need to totally shut this store down Periodtttt!!!Hire someone to ANSWER YOUR PHONES.Corporate do not care I contact them several times. I don’t want to give them a star Periodtttt but I’ve no choice. I am changing my pharmacy today.. I have had enough.
If I could I would give this CVS a zero! Went to get an antibiotic filled at the pharmacy and was told it would take 24 hours to fill!! WHAT???? Needless to say I went to a competitor, luckily my insurance worked there. I was told that at that particular location, 2 of the pharmacists are on maternity leave and now they are the only ones taking CareSource insurance. They have over 2,000 prescriptions in their queue to be filled. And I was told that corporate will not give them any help!! This is so wrong!!
I can usually find what Im looking for in the drug store including cold drinks, snacks, beer, wine, medicinal products, to lift paper, greeting cards and the like also candy.
Terrible. Go anywhere but here. Thirty cars in drive thru and twenty five people in line in the store. Always!!! Stay away. When you do get someone they are nasty to you. They need to totally restaff or shut down. Any cvs is better.
Pharmacy staff was good but slow. They seemed overwhelmed with flu shots and filling scripts. You should have one person doing shots and the others filling scripts. I have to say they are pleasant as overworked as they are.
The pharmacy line is so slow Ive never seen nothing like it! Management needs to be taken a look at for allowing this slow pace!
Went to pick up my prescription, which I was told would be ready 1:30 PM on Monday, at 8:30 PM on TUESDAY, and was told it wasnt ready yet. 37 hours and you cant fill a prescription !?!?!?!?! (I was told theyre doing their best. Only giving them 1 star because they have no negative numbers!!!!!
Dreadfully awful. Every time I go to pick up a prescription it’s never ready. I waited almost a whole 24 hours from when it was supposed to be ready and still wasn’t. I was told after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through I could circle back around or come inside and wait 20 more minutes as if I had nothing else to do. If my insurance didn’t require me to use cvs I would never go back to this dump.
Best pharmacist in the greater Cleveland area Kristy is thorough, helpful, & knowledgeable in all aspects of what it takes to be a great pharmacist . I would recommend anyone who has had a bad experience at other pharmacys to try here.!!!
The pharmacy never answer the phone
Great customer service. On Thanksgiving night no less, I came in to ask about which products would work best, for I am allergic to my pets, and at the consultant counter, I was provided with great advice. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable about the products I discussed and overall, just provided me with extraordinary customer service.
I waited for a hr to for my meds and was told it would take a hr when the hr past I asked about my precipitation the lady answering the phone was rude and said it hasnt been an hr just yet and it would be ready in an additional 30mins I asked for a manager and she told me she was busy. I asked for her name and the lady hung the phone up I called back no answer.
Oh my where do I begin... I can’t get through to the pharmacy to order prescriptions; the automated line is TRASH; long lines every time I pick up no matter time of day. I am transferring to mail order. This is too much..
Ridiculous that they call themselves a 24 hour pharmacy. Spent the better part of the last half hour on their pharmacy line trying to reach someone and finally just give up.
I f could give their pharmacy and its employees a zero I wouldnt even give them that. They are unprofessional and rude. They lie about having your prescriptions ready and do not inform customer when certain medications are not in stock. I have been waiting for a prescription for more than seven days. Not only that I was told on more than one occasion that they ordered it and I can pick it up the next day. The staff literally stands around hold conversations that are inappropriate for a work environment while customer stand and wait until they decided they want to do some work. They need to replace the entire staff. Theyre playing with peoples lives and could care less.
I don’t understand why it takes days to fill standard medications. Various times Dr called in the AM still not filled by evening. Scary location, it’s been robbed a few times. Dirty parking lot, trash everywhere and kids in groups continually causing a scene. New norm in Garfield. I seriously feel bad for store management and front cashiers. Hopeless situation. After our last experience with kids screaming profanities in middle of store, eating cheetos off the shelf like maniacs we are switching to the Independence location for peace of mind.
The one star reviews are warranted
Called to check on my scripts that are autofill and shouldve been done a week ago. Spent 30 min on the phone before i gave up. I have 4 more scripts that the app says i need to call the pharmacy to get filled. How can i get them filled if noone answers the phone? This store has gone downhill in the past 2 months. There is normally a 30 min wait in line to pickup and you find out your order isnt ready and you have to wait another hour. I dont know why corporate doesnt hire more pharmacists. They have 2 working during the day, one counter person and one window person. At night its just 1 pharmacist who has to run the window counter and fill scripts. Their excuse has been because they got the caresource people from walmart but that excuse is really old now. Hire more people or close this location.
24 hour turns around on prescriptions given to me by the ER, failure to fill regular prescriptions, long waits in line and you can hardly get an intelligentl and friendly person on the phone. This service has diminished to such a poor degree over the past year! Corporate intervention is necessary or just close!!! This location is a disservice to our community.
Had a prescription called in from a doctor at 9:00 a.m. went to pick it up at 4:30 p.m. and had to wait half an hour. It still wasnt filled and sat next to an elderly woman descriptions called in on Monday and they werent ready
Unfortunately I was forced to switch from Walgreens. This pharmacy needs to hire 6 more people so they can work while the 6 that are there doing nothing can be covered. I waited 15 minutes in a line of 10 people it literally took that 15 minutes for 1 person to be waited on. Now I dont run a pharmacy but while there is a line of 12 people I dont believe I would have 2 workers on the phone and 2 workers on computer then 1 woking drive thru and 1 inexperienced worker handling register. Well I elected to leave having other things to do with my life besides spending over an hour in a line. I guess I try to get our daughter meds in the morning hopefully before the line starts.
The staff is clueless, lazy and does not want to take the time to look into certain issues, the pharmacist was equally as rude, yelled at me, slammed the drive thru window on me all because I asked her when my rx would be ready and to add insult to injury they gave me someone else’s meds which is a complete hippa violation. I’m definitely reporting them to the Ohio state board of pharmacology
I’m upset I have to even give them a star I literally called Walgreens to have all of my prescriptions transferred to this store, was informed that cvs would need to call and they would be transferred over. I called cvs and CVS called Walgreens sounds easy right NO CVS transferred my Rx to a completely different CVS and then hung up on me SEVERAL TIMES after I started questioning them worst service ever
I called and was on hold for over 20 minutes and never got through to someone in the pharmacy. I didnt even call during peak times. This is disgraceful and unprofessional. I will never come to CVS again.
To my convenience I went into the store to purchase 2 money orders when the cashier rudely corrected, and directed me to the money grams. Employees today are only concerned with snapping at people instead of helping. Cvs should do a better job recruiting employees. Because the light skin, heavy set cashier with fake lashes and black weave isnt worth the investment.
Ghetto slow ghetto is all I can say about this.
Horrible service at the Pharmacy. Needed to transfer new prescriptions to a difference place due to cost concerns. Ended up being a hassle, and the person on the line was out of line and rude. No caring, no compassion. Total piece of trash human being.
Every time I go there the pharmacy never has my prescription ready and you wait for hour in driver thru and inside the line long and when you call they dont pick up for an hour
The customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. Simple communication skills lack. If i could give no stars, I would unbelievable!!!
The short black girl on the front counter is the rudest person I have ever seen in my entire life. Tons of people complain about her. If she doesn’t wanna do her damn job politely you can fire her because this cvs is starting to be trash.
Pharmacy usually has a long wait depending on time of day, but staff is great.
Extremely poor pharmacy customer service. This has to be the worst CVS store I have ever patronized. The pharmacist was argumentative, uncooperative, rude and uncaring. Based on other reviews I’ve read about this CVS I am not surprised. As a result of my experience I will take my business to Walgreens located nearby.
I had to call twice because I was hung up on, she said she couldn’t hear me so there’s a pass the second time I called I was told ma’am the longer you keep me on the phone the longer it will be for your prescription I’m not sure if this Is acceptable customer service but I am unsatisfied with the way I was spoken to.
They NEVER answer their phone in the pharmacy!!!!
These peope are incompetent!!!Walgreens from now on!!!
Since the neighborhood changed. It is not good people that keep up with the store as far as clean and organize which I dont blame them because you have all these wild people that just troll items in the list that property. I dont go here anymore but good luck CVS
Slow service at the pharmacy. Prescriptions never ready when they tell you they will be. I use the Walgreens down the street.
The girl at the register had a horrible attitude and was very rude. I called to speak with manager and the lady who answered the phone was clueless. Told me the manager would be in in the morning but didnt seem to care that I was complaining about the bad service I received. Never going to this cvs again.
The Wallgreens which is right down the street is honestly nicer.
The pharmacy at this location is extreme slow! I hate this cvs location. I plan on moving my medicines to another cvs location.
I stopped going to the CVs on turned when I kept hearing about robberys late night.
One word:TRASH.
I went to pick up my package that was delivered and manager was acting like I was little girl he don’t know how act right it was super awkward talking to him
Pharmacist actually told me where another CVS is..trying to dissuade me..i can wait..smh
The pharmacist is very rude and slow I will never come back to this one ever again
Very bad service both pharmacy and front counter
I hate this CVS, dont go here
Kinda high priced
