My husband and I LOVE getting our gas from this station! We have been refueling here for about 15 years and have gotten to know the owners and workers very well - they are like family! They keep their property clean and safe and beautify our neighborhood with their lovely flower plantings and festive seasonal decor. Their new store is a great place to shop and pick up things!

Every time I go in this place the young man on the evening shift acts like it is the most inconvenient task to take my money and put my things in a bag. I am a very polite person and in no way should I be treated that way. Without customers he wouldnt have a job. Ive had random people tell me the same thing.

I have been a customer at Turney town Shell for the past 10 years. Theyre like family! I have never had a bad experience at Turney town Shell. There are very honest people!!! The work that they do is quality, they stand behind it 110%! I would never take my cars anywhere else.

When I started working here (over 26 years ago) I had never even heard of changing the oil in my car. No wonder I had to buy another vehicle every year or so! I have had my vehicles serviced here since I started working here. I also did courier work and now, I routinely get over 250,000 miles per vehicle. Its amazing what a little routine maintenance can do. Our certified technicians also do exhaust, suspension, AC & heating and electronic/computer issues. I may have a biased opinion in favor of TurneyTown Shell but take into account that weve been here for over a quarter of a century so we arent a fly-by-night joint!

Surprisingly enough I learned about this establishment from meeting one of their workers in a local store where I was looking for transmission fluid for my vehicle, granted this gentleman did not work at the store but was willing to help me. He was able to assess my vehicle and advised me to get it towed, the staff at their shop was beyond exceptional and friendly and were able to pinpoint my vehicles issues and recommend me to a reputable place that does Transmissions. I have been nothing but happy with all of the services since meeting this man. I have recently gone in to get an oil change which was very speedy and far less expensive than your chain service providers. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Cleveland area. Not very many vehicle stories are happy ones but I am truly grateful for meeting one of their employees by chance and for all of the assistance and services they have provided over the last couple of weeks.

I love this place. I enjoy the employees in the station, they make sure your ok with the service before you leave and they also make sure your comfortable with whatever you need done! We will never go anywhere else.

Came in for oil change and they told me i needed shocks and struts also told me tht i needed work tht i jus had done in August. They jus like the rest out to get ppl money

Yes I gave this place a one star rating because the lady that works at the station was very disrespectful to me and my husband. went there yesterday I got some gas, and he play his number. he told the lady that she did not play his number correctly she got very irate very disrespectful started yelling at him when other customers came into the station. told him that we don’t want his business and don’t ever come back to the store. me and my husband felt very disrespect at a place that we spend money at.

Love this place!! Unfortunately, a previous employee left a bad review that was completely untrue & totally unfair. (Justin Vaughn, that was uncalled for!)

Very dishonest and unorganized I unfortunately worked there for 2-3 months. If you are in the area and need service done pay a little more and take it to a shop that will do the job right and fast.
