Not many shops will repair body rust. When I spoke to Luis he was willing to take on the work. His shop did the repair correctly and there is no sign of rust left. I appreciate his meticulousness to my vehicle given the scope of repairs. They even gave the car a good wash and cleaning afterwards. Would definitely recommend Lincoln Auto body for a thorough and perfect repair.

Luis and his team did *phenomenal* work on my car. Luis was transparent throughout the process, clearly articulating the costs behind the estimate as well as well as several options to try bring down the costs. As it turns out, Luis provided the best of 5 other estimates from other body shops. But my decision to use Lincoln Auto was more about Luis - his honesty, sincerity, and genuineness. Throughout the process, I felt that Luis was doing his best to fit my schedule, not his (my car was ready earlier than expected!). I *highly* recommend Lincoln Auto!

I came to Lincoln Auto after I had a prior bad paint job done on my vehicle. Everyone at Lincoln auto was so helpful and affordable!! I cant say enough good things about Luis ! My son hit a seemingly prehistoric raccoon on the back roads at night in NJ. I searched the top rated body shops in the area and found a couple. Luis was the only one who answered. He worked with me, listened and answered every time. (Trust me I can talk to lol.) The shop is not the biggest but these guys are craftsman and do great work. Im very picky and usually have to do something over or correct something. This was not the case with Lincoln Auto Body. I looked at the end result and smiled ! I drove from Staten Island to have the car fixed here because of how on the ball Luis was. (My son came back home) Even living in Staten Island and having a friend here who manages one of the biggest shops on the island, I would bring all my future work to Luis and Lincoln auto body. Got into an accident couple of months ago. Had it towed to this mechanic show and Luis took care of everything else. Was a little not sure if the car would drive the same after it would get fixed but they did a awesome job. You cant even tell that it had been in an accident. Lincoln Auto Body took great care of my husband and me when we brought our BMW in for body repair work after an accident. They did a beautiful job on the car. On time and for the price that they quoted. The car took just a few days and they were extremely easy to deal with and to reach. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I hope that we dont need their services in the future but if I did, I would absolutely use them again, in fact, my husband will be bringing his Porsche in for some minor body work as well. We are extremely appreciative of their work and their business practices.

The other day I stopped by the shop to ask for an estimate on a few damages done on my car and Luis who was attending me at the time was very rude and unprofessional he excessively raised his voice and told me I have no time for you this is a waste of my time. I was shocked by how rude he was I will not recommend him to anyone at all!!!!!
