I usually don’t post reviews but after almost a month after they gave me back my car, it already started falling apart. This shop was recommend to me unfortunately, it took about a month and a half (almost 2 months) to complete a quarter panel and bumper repair & then I had to bring the car back after that because the body work was done rushed and I felt as if they just wanted to get me out the way. They say it was because they were working through insurance but it wasn’t because they sent an inspector to check the car when he said he was going & they had the check with them, it was just them. They also waited last minute to order a rim ! Just one rim, which they should’ve ordered first. It was just a bad experience and inconvenient to me and ended up paying even more for the rental because it was past 30 days. It seems like they used super glue for this part. I wish I would’ve taken other pictures of when they first gave me my car but it didn’t cross my mind but this was the last straw. Smh hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else with their body work. Also did not see the owner not once. I even told them what I am writing and they got defensive because of their 5 star rating, when I’m just being honest.

Super Star Auto Collision does perfect work. Angel was very helpful with all the questions I had, fast repair time and lowest prices out there. The office manager Margarita was excellent. She is easy to talk to and helped me with all the insurance information needed. Communication was updated as the work went on to know the status. The car looks like new and the paint match was perfect. Car came back earlier than originally estimated. The car was detailed before being given to you. Amazing service and would highly recommend them to anyone. 10/10 rating for me.

Phenomenal work ethic this shop has !! Very professional and pleasant experience I encounter when I took my destroyed CRV to this shop. I thought my truck wasn’t fixable, but after the owner saw the damage of the truck, he said “no worries it will look better than before”. I posted photos of a before and after of my CRV. It looks like it was never in a car accident. This is a great place to take your car!!!
