My daughter brought her 2019 Lexus IS in because she was hit while driving on Route 46 by a deer. The body work was shoddy. They released the car without checking the alignment which ate away at 2 new tires in a few days. They gave us cheap aftermarket hood and fender even after we requested Lexus parts. They pried off the window molding and you can see 6 screwdriver marks which damaged the molding. Lexus looked af the bodywork and said it is shoddy work and not done to Lexus standards. Beware of this place. Take your car to the Dealer if you want your car fixed correctly. This place cuts corners and the car owner suffers with shoddy workmanship. $8000 was the price charged and it’s is not fixed properly. The owner heard my complaint, said he would investigate and haven’t heard a word back in a week. Stay away!!

I had my Lexus brought for body work, It was repaired within days, even the estimate was 1 week. Nice paint and it looks like I just got it from dealership brand new 3 years ago!

I got rear ended and they repaired my car back to new. Work was excellent.

This place is great got control arms changed with an alignment obviously its not cheap but well worth it .. the only thing is dont ever try to fool a women about a oil change and a check engine light be honest about what is on the dash board all you have to say is yes the light went on please go run a diagnostic thats all ... But the job was well done place is clean and profesional ! Will come back for additional work. And lets be clear this is an auto body for the outside of your car not a mechanic ! And they dont check for faulty things if your car has had an accident its better to go to a mechanic insurance companys are smart !

Left my car here for service Saturday and it was ready to pick up that Wednesday. I had body damage to my car from two years ago and the scratches around it started to rust. My partner works with this Shop for his work and raved about the amazing repairs he’d seen. Seamless and easy experience. While I don’t PLAN on going back for more damage body work I will certainly go back! This group is great, thank you!

A tree fell on my car and it was damage,Vittorio Auto Body sent a trailer to pick up the car witch was very convenient, once a week i get an email letting me know the status of the, when i pick up the car they take their time to explain to me what the did and that something i have never experience with any place before

I actually asked my insurance company for a auto body shop that had good reviews and they recommended Victorio and I was not disappointed. Not close to me but it was worth it in the long run. I will go back to them again. Responsive to all my calls and their follow up is on point.

Ive been here more times than I like but will keep going for all collision work. Very professional and courteous. Each time the work was completed it looks like nothing ever happened.

I just want to say that I am absolutely AMAZED with the service from these guys! VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY PUNCTUAL and VERY RELIABLE. They made the whole job with my car easier and when I picked up my car from the shop, it looked like a BRAND NEW CAR! Margaret, the lady who handles all the customer service calls, was extremely polite and she made sure I understood all the steps we’ll need to take to fix my car. Chris, the mechanic guy, was very knowledgeable, friendly and he repaired my car in less than 2 days, which is impressive, based on the damage that I had on my car. They get the job done for you in the shortest time frame possible and, more importantly, they do it VERY WELL!!! Definitely recommend this place! 👍🏻

Better yet i had my car repaired before the actual due date. After that, I dealt with Christian who was really great! I really recommend him. He kept me up to date as things progressed, he did a great job, quick turnaround and all at a good price. I highly recommend them.

After the man in the suv decided to redesign my car from behind I decided to use an auto body shop that I had encountered previously who did an excellent job on a minor repair. The mangled car went in like an old wrinkled up piece of aluminum foil and came out like the day I drove it off the dealers lot and just as clean. The accommodating employees at Victorios auto body shop include a polite receptionist, premium mechanics, and their management staff is very professional. They handled everything from drop off to pickup including dealing directly with the insurance company, so there are no worries for the customer. A shout out to Mr. Chris T. for having control of everything. It is such a pleasure doing business with a company that is knowledgeable and timely with their repairs. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would because I feel they went above and beyond to meet the customers satisfaction.Thank you kindly to all of the people on your team!

I cannot say enough nice things about Victorio Auto Body! I was in a fender bender with my brand new car and the repair process couldnt have been easier. I have Allstate and was able to do my claim estimate there which streamlined the payment process. A few days after I dropped my car off it came back actually looking better than new. Everyone was helpful and answered any questions I had. They went out of their way to make this a less stressful experience for me. If you need auto body work dont look any further - this is the place for you.

Worst experience ever! Stay away from this place. I took my car there for minor cosmetic work (replace headlight and grill) and when I got it back the steering wheel was shaking and vibrating when I would drive it. I called and took it back and they guaranteed me they fixed it. Not true!! Apparently nobody even test drove it after the work because it was still shaking and one of the wheels was grinding! So back I go a third time and was greeted with all kinds of attitude from the office staff, like somehow it was my fault. There was nothing wrong with the wheels or steering wheel when I took it in. To make a long story short, I ended up taking it there FIVE TIMES to fix the vibration!! They never fixed it and after the 5th trip there they said there was nothing they could do and I need to pay even more for new wheel bearings! On top of all this, twice they told me my car was ready for pick up and I drive all the way there and it was not ready. I had to sit there for 2 hours while they worked on it. Completely unorganized and dishonest people. They damaged my car and would not admit it or fix it!!

I made a mistake and I chose this repair shop to fix my car. They take the insurance company side to look good by cutting corners on the repairs, so they look like they are saving the insurance companys money. The person who looks at my car to give the estimate has no knowledge of painting or body work. First time I went there they missed a front sensor after having the car there for 3 weeks. This time they dont want to polish the car after they paint it. Called the manager to discuss the issue they left me on hold. and didnt take my call. Will never go there again.

Didnt do the work only because I didnt like their customer service. This review is NOT about the actual body work.Went there on Saturday morning and explained my issue:- Rear bumper damage due to excited - covered by insurance- Hood damage from rock (would cover from pocket)- Side dent (would cover from pocket)Waiting in the waiting room for 10 - 15 min ( reasonable because there were other customers).Once it was my turn guy came out with me to see the damage. At the time another car pull in the yard and he was looking at that car all the time while i was talking for 2 minutes what needs to be done. After i was done he just looked at me and said: WHAT?Seriously? after i explained you everything you asked me what only because you was checking the women the pulled in?Also guy was looking sleepy and like he had couple extra drinks the night before ( Friday).

My car was hit awhile ago and I needed body work done. The person who hit me happened to have the same insurance company as I do. I chose Victorio Auto Body as the certified shop to make the repairs not having ever used them before. I dealt with Tom who was always so nice, kept me in the loop along the way, explained the entire process to me from beginnig to end. He and his staff couldnt do enough for me. Thanks Tom! Ill definitely tell anyone in need of body work to come and see you.
