I’ve called several times, left messages with no response, called every department on their telephone dial pad - no answer! I just tried 4 different departments this time around (account services, the hospitality division, sales team, and the operator) and when I finally “got through” to the operator I didn’t even get a person, I just just put straight on hold. I’m currently sitting here listing to music, which is a first. I usually get sent to the voicemail box, which is why I know I’m “on hold.”I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The customer service is literally non existent. I gave it a week between each of my calls/voicemails because it’s “Covid season” and maybe they didn’t have their phones set to transfer, but at this point I’m assuming their service is completely terrible. (Been on hold for 10 minutes, 37 seconds as I’m typing this for *no one* if that tells you anything) 🙄
It was impossible to get ahold of anyone telephonically, or by email but Andre was an enormous help once I went to the location.
Easy location to get too, docks are excellent an the people are fantastic.
