I ordered an item and I paid extra for it to be shipped the next day and I was waiting for it to come then they call me saying that they are canceling my order because they don’t have the item even though I ordered it and it said it was coming the next day and they don’t check before they make their decision. They also said I won’t be charged and that it takes 3-5 days just for my money to return and that’s absurd because I should get it back instantly it was their mistake and it is a waste of time and money.
Why is every lumber cart in the store blocking the isles and loaded with merchandise, such that a customer cant use a cart to buy lumber?Why would an employee tell a customer to go out to the parking lot and get their own lumber cart rather than offer to assist?Why can Lowes keep their lumber carts empty and staged throughout the department so customers can use them, but Home Depot cant?Why can Lowes have employees that ask to help rather than send employees out to cart push but Home Depot cant?
I was at two different Home Depot stores yesterday and have :( about each. I never got inside the one at Firewheel because i had my puppy with me and noticed a No Dogs sign posted on the door. I turned around and left.I was in search of specific Ryobi products so i came home and ordered online for pickup. I had to go to the Richardson store on Jupiter for pickup. There was some confusion there about whether my order was ready (despite my having an email stating it was). It was a fairly long drive for me to go to that store so i was not happy to think i had made a wasted trip, esp with high gas prices these days.We finally involved a manager who found my pickup items, retrieved them for me, and all was well. Oddly, the person in line before me had also been told his things were not available. The manager wasnt involved in his case, so who knows if he had really made a wasted trip or not... my advice: persevere if need be!
Customer service was great. I know every experience is unique, but I returned a drain clog dissolver that didnt work. They even said they didnt know if it was their warranty to keep, but they did it for good customer service. I rarely turn items, so I really appreciate it!
Everytime I go to any Home Depot, they Always Have Superb Service.Attendees are friendly and attentive.
I love shopping there to get my plants. And I always check out the clearance rack for my plants. Also too they dont get me hassle with my military ID. Which gives me a discount. Thank you
Needed help with pet safe indoor ant treatment and outdoor ant bed killer, Ms. Mary from the outdoor gardening center was so very helpful. She walked me right to where I needed and told me the best stuff to get for both indoor and out. Very friendly and helpful.
My wife and I went to buy a new fridge today. We browsed and found a couple we liked. Looked for an employee and couldn’t find anyone. Found two young employees who were just hanging out and asked for help with refrigerators and they both looked at us and said nothing then pulled out their phones and walked away. Waited a total of about 30minutes and finally left and bought a fridge at Lowe’s.
Tessa was very nice as soon as she answered the phone! Took her time to answer all my questions! And held the item I was looking for! Very satisfied with her customer service skills! Sam was also very nice!
Went to home depot and the lady that helped me was so nice and helpful, she was so helpfulthen when I checked out at customer serviceI was leaving my blind there for it to be picked up and the lady was so nice and helpful.Good people.
Wendy went above and beyond the call of duty to help me resolve the problem quickly that the people at Lowe’s said couldn’t be solved. Every time I come in the store it’s busy but there’s always someone around to help. It’s worth the extra five minutes to come here instead of the Lowe’s where I felt like a burden.
First thing noticed was the layout of the building, it is not as your typical Home Depot building, the layout was rather strange. Store is also smaller than usual, but im pretty sure they have most things a person needs in order to do a job. The workers were extremely helpful and nice and one even complimented my mullet. If im ever around in that area in need of a home Depot seller product i would go here for sure. If youre into small stores that help a customer then this is the store for you, be nice to workers!

Store was bright and clean. Friendly staff. Parts I was looking for were exactly where the Home Depot app said they would be. Self checkout is a simple process. Can’t really complain about prices.
I went to return 5 items on three different receipts that I had for eah item. There were only 2 employees working at customer service. Both had customer with issue or takinglong time. One was calling for help and could not get any. She finally was able to help the first customer and then quickly took care of the peron in front of me. I gave her the receipts. She refunded four of items. Last was over 90 days but less than $5 in value. She would not refund to credit card and said had give store credit. . Poor service for keeping everyone waiting in line.
Reddish. Come here for everything - usually 3 or 4 times for each project because I never manage to figure it out in one trip. Their prices and selection are great, but most recently I needed a power washer and some carpet. It took forever to find a staff member to assist with each thing, but they were friendly enough when they did finally show up.
Its a good store just hoped they would actually help u like in commercials jeje for us that dont know about diy or projects that need to be done

Worst experience. Came and bought $1000 tool, got talked into buying warranty for 3 years associate claimed I could replace my tool. Its been 5 months, the tool stopped working and now home depot is claiming they cannot help me replace my tool. DO NOT SHOP HERE
Employee who was only restocking in plumbing section was super nice, although he said he was new. He went out of his ways to get another employee to help me out. They both were super helpful and kind. They helped me find all the stuff I was looking for and was very cheerful personality! Def recommend this location.Home depot is lucky to have these awesome employees otherwise I would hire them myself for my business. 😇♥️
I had a piece of metal that needed cutting and I asked the store manager if she could cut it for me. She was more than happy to help me. Because of that I bought a pair of utility shears just in case I needed it again. Now that is customer service!!
There is a shortage of staff, in the isles and cashiers. But they had what I needed, as they always do.
Whats to say, they have everything, fun place to shop and staff is very accommodating!
Drove 30 mins to this place yesterday and found that they could not locate 1 of 18 bug zappers in inventory, what a complete waste of time.
Big shoutout to Stephen. He has always been my go to guy at this store because he is very knowledgeable in most if not all areas of the store. He is a dying breed within the home improvement store industry and am very grateful for his commitment.
Well, I did have a 5 star, but it didnt last long. Friday I went up there to oder a bed at the store, but they didnt put my apartment number, they tried for 30 min to update it. And Nothing. I called the corporate office and they couldnt because the vendor was closed for the day. Ok no problem. They said that they would change it. Ok and I waited till. Monday as they said. And still nothing. I dont want my 700$ bed to go to someone else. I called them and explained that the vendor need the store to call to update the address, for goodness sake its just a letter added and they couldnt do that at the store. I called corporate and they called as I was on hold, and Finally after the run around from the manager at this store saying she couldnt do anything else, it was out of her hands, Lies, lies, lies, you have full responsibility by not having an option to change the address in the website at the store. I know Im not the only one that has this happened to. Its a simple error. But they managed to not want to be simple. Uuugghhhg 🤦🏿♀️But besides all that, I did find the exact adjustable bed frame cheaper and on sale, all the other websites wanted to charge 500+ even up to 1000$ for the same exact bed.

Has all of your hardware needs plus some. The staff was friendly and helpful. Could use a few more employees on the floor assisting customers but overall still a great place for those types of needs.
The customer service at this location was impeccable a few years ago. This year, its absolutely horrendous. Employees are incompetent and managers are rude. Their curbside pick up system is a hit or miss when it comes to functionality in the app and they forget items. I will try out Lowes and see how they compare.The photo shows the incompetence of the employees who put the pickets on the cart... they tied them down to the actual cart instead of the pickets by themselves. So a 10 minute load up ended up being a 30 minute load up. Quite an inconvenience.
I love coming to the home depot, more specifically the garden section...the plants, and flowers are always so beautiful. Today i came back and got some more plants, and pots. The cashier lady is always very friendly, too.

I think they tried to rob me for all my money. They have too many items stashed in just the right places as you walk through. I only went to get a extension cord and ended up with a lot more. I have to go on a Home Depot diet.
Every thing was fine till checking out. This home depot has a totally different setup. Their is no difference between self check out and customer check out and the checker decided to make my decision for me. I didnt have a chance for getting my receipt emailed to me that is set up with my card. Normally you ask the customer if they want a receipt emailed.Very rude and inconsiderate customer service.

Home Depot, definitely the place to buy anything u may need for home improvement & maintenance.Came here to buy a new fridge & the lady who assisted us to do this was very kind, patient, & informative on the ref we went to see. All staff wear masks, keep a safe distance, & approach only when needed.As always this place is busy, so time it when its not too busy if ur concerned w/ crowded places.Location: not too visible from the street depending which street ur coming from, but as soon as you see the bright orange, u know where it is.Parking: large parking area & pick up areaStaff: All wear masks 😷; r informative & helpful, or will make sure to get u the right person to assist u in what u need.Cleanliness: fairly clean for a busy placeHope this review helps.

I spent 1 hour looking for parts for my dryer. Then found 2 associates and they couldnt help me they said they would find some one. I spent 20 minutes waiting no one showed up so I just went home.

Store is still requiring face masks for employees and customers. store was clean and well organized and was asked several times by employees if we needed help they were able to get us exactly what we went in for.
Not the best location or customer service but you can still get the job done here.
They were very accommodating and friendly and the effort to try to help me find what I needed. But in the end they did not have what I was looking for.
Generally, you go to home Depot because Lowes is not close. Lets just be honest, here. Theyre whole layout is weird and most of the employees are invisible. Also, this may not have very much to do with anything, but did you realize it was actually called THE Home Depot, and I just Home Depot? The Mandela effect is weird.

Had to return an item. If you dont have a printed receipt but paid with credit/debit card, have it ready and swipe the card. Your receipt is in the system under that card number. 🤗

I mainly only go there to rent trucks and the trucks are always running well although there is usually small cosmetic issues. This last time there was a mechanical issue and I told them about it which they said they would put in a work order. The people are friendly and the selection is good. Theyre following the mask regulations. Calling in to see if they have a product is always a breeze if you dont have time to look around
The store was kinda of dirty and too expensive for the cheaper items. Were in trouble here with covid around! Found better deals at Lowes ( the high dollar place).

What a mess. Total disarray. I asked for some info and thre person stocking told me to go to isle 8... to no avail. I had to search and search only to find it on isle 33. Come on now.... get it together.

Got some gutters for my house
Couldnt even go out to the garden area because they were spraying cinnamon by fans and my friend, who was with me, is very allergic to cinnamon . It seemed weird that they are allowing the string scent anyways, since many others are sensitive to strong smells like this, too. They also were out of stock with the chicken wire I was looking for. Seems like the inventory was limited.

As always great place to find what you need but watch a video first and find the parts on the website and note the aisle and section cuz there are not much staff and very little to no help
To get true customer service is like pulling teeth. I asked the manager over the tile dept. for help in selecting tile and how much I may need. She told me the tile I’m looking for is on the left side of the isle. I had to go back to her three times and ask for help. The employees will answer your questions and when you turn back to ask another, they disappear. We spent over $500.00 and walked around for 2 hours trying to find what we needed. When all I asked when I walked in the door, was a sales associate to write down all I needed and walked with me to show me what choices I had. But what I got was customer service telling me that someone in each dept. will help me and here is some paper for you. So I had to spend at least 5 minutes or more in each dept. looking for help. As soon as they answer your question, they’re gone. Awful customer service and my loyalty shall belong to Lowe’s from this day forward.
I bought the brand new disposal for my kitchen sink, when I open it I was so surprise, its the used one but it has seal on it This is the first time I has this problem. But when I do the return the guy who talk to me that he think I change the machine,( he not talk to me but he talk very loud for people work there know that Im the one change the machine). Im so upset that he act with customer like that, I told him if he want to come to my house to look at it, I can show him everything he need. However, I still get the return
