Great selection...they have a Starbucks if you like coffee..

The atmosphere was immaculate the moment I walked in I knew I I was going to find a great book. We initially went in to find gunpla sets but unfortunately I could not find any new one which is fine. My wife was looking for a new book and we were helped by a great employee named Preston! He gave us two book recommendations which we picked up and got a great deal on them due to a buy one get one 50% off. The way that Preston described the book immediately caught my attention and my wifes attention when we read the synopsis for the book and it was a great book! Preston shouldn get a raise!

All Barnes & Nobles are great. So much selection, surprised at the amount of manga they have. Love the atmosphere to, pretty low-key place. Best bookstore Ive been to, especially for a franchise.

Really unique location and lots of shops near it. There is even Starbucks coffee.

Truly I love a good bookstore experience though I dont read. Im into journals but I must say, whoever the gentleman cashier is... extremely pushy and kept pestering me about getting some cloud cucko book. I had to repeatedly say no and it overall did not leave me wanting to come back to this location, in fact I dreaded having to come back and pickup a book that was ordered for my sister. Bleh

I loved the variety of books. they had a nice cheap section of healthy cookbooks. this book has a few flaws. which isn’t barnes and nobles fault. The only issue i had was an employee telling customers to pull up their masks, yet she wasn’t wearing hers correctly. it was my first time ever in the store... and my last time.

So many quality books, activity books, and toys for kids. Clean and quiet. The same cordial atmosphere B & N was known for since I was a teenager.

All Barnes and noble are amazing .I usually hang out in the children section with my young boy.We sit and read books together. And also explore many other books.This place have an open seating in cafe.Currently all the sitting arrangment in the kids section is closed.

I like the customer service but as far as organization of the genres of books it was lacking. I wanted to try and find a couples of different authors of different genres and it was way too confusing for me. The prices were too high for me as well.

DIRTY. I really dont like bashing on business because I know everyone has off days, but it seemed more like a lack of training and customer service on March 6 at 830 pm. DIRTY! No line of customers, but I still waited and waited before anyone acknowledged me to take my order. Then my plain black coffee took a long time and was just a little above room temperature. My caramel macchiato took forever and I had to ask if they forgot about it. They didnt, but it was just sitting at the espresso station. Please improve the experience at the coffee bar.

Good place to find books and games. They have lot of collectible games. The employees are nice and friendly. The fire wheel location has a Starbucks in it. The entrance on the North side is books. The entrance on South side is Media like tames and music. It has a big childrens section. Also can get kids toys like legos.

I love the atmosphere here. Customer Service is always on point. Check out was fairly quick for as busy as it was.

This place has the BEST customer service!! I had to pick up an order quickly in order to meet someone to help me with car troubles at the mall. The lady at the front register without hesitating called someone at the appropriate register and direct me to where I needed to go. When I got to that register the lady quickly put my order in the bag and asked if she could email me my receipt so I could get out quickly. I want to THANK YOU for the AMAZING customer service!! Horrible. If you call up there the will put you on hold for 5 mins. You are better off going in-store. They will attend to you much faster.

Sitting and having a Starbucks in a bookstore is heaven. This store has the biggest Sci-fi and cooking selection I have ever seen. The staff is commendable with their excellent customer service.

Wow I have been doing business with Barnes and Noble for many years. Sending my associates to get business books and material all over the US. But today as I had to was in this location, I had the worst service ever. To the point that I left. I have COPD and cannot wear the face mask per my doctor order. I wear the mask under my nose out of courtesy. Yet this time they gave such an attitude that I left. I have been a member for a long time, but this treatment makes me decide to go somewhere else with for my corporate needs. Also I will recommend another provider to my associates as well. I would recommend no to go here and use Amazon or Half price books, they are cheaper and better service then here as this is not the first time I have had issues here but it will be the last.

Good place to buy books.

Very easy to find what I needed, helpful sales-people with wide variety of books. Asked an employee to look up/help me find some books and they offered to order them for me- very helpful! I did, however have a bad experience with an older man at checkout trying to push a membership and other sales. Their pitch was well-done and started out kind but they continued pushing even after I politely declined three times and responded in a judgemental manner when I explained I only come in about once a year and it wouldnt be worth it for me and I, once again, was not interested. I understand youre trying to make a sale, but I shouldnt have to tell them no thank you four times, and then try to get me to donate money to a childrens charity (to which I responded, I appreciate what yall are doing, but I already used up my donation/giving budget for the month- I dont have an issue with trying to raise money and donate books to children but already pushing my limits makes me less likely to want to donate even if I did have money to give), and then try to sell me peppermint chocolate. I dont know if the employees get a commission, and I can understand wanting to make a sale. However, this was excessive and in some ways rather manipulative on their part. NO MEANS NO. I shouldnt have to tell you 4 times, be judged for only coming in once a year, and then pushed to spend more money. Please have a conversation with this employee- I understand they were trying to make a sale but their approach was very impolite. I did not get their name but I checked out around 3:50 pm on 11/6/2020.

In Firewheel Mall, they had great selection but 1 book I wanted had a sequel and they didnt have Part 1 in stock so they promptly ordered it for me with included store pickup or the offer of shipping to my home for a fee. I got everything I needed and walked out with 2 books, waiting on the 3rd when it arrives at store. Usually, I buy their used books but not this time.

They didnt have the word fill in puzzles I wanted, but I can never leave this store without looking around and usually buying something.If I had more money, Id spend a lot of time here in the Starbucks buying and reading things while sitting and drinking coffee. I love this place!

This place just brings back memories: So many good times perusing the books trying to find the right one.Book lovers will feel engulfed with the fresh book paper smell upon entering. It does not appear that COVID-19 has changed much as you always had space to explore on your own.

Just visited the Barnes & Noble Café here.Got a tall iced coffee with carmel, skim milk and two stevias. It was excellent iced coffee and just the right amount of ice (not too heavy). Two workers did a great job keeping the line moving and low (I was impressed with their work, seemed like a normal Starbucks to me).I would consider dropping in for a fast coffee in the future if I was walking by or nearby.I saw other drinks made and they seemed to do a great job on those too. They also followed the normal Starbucks instructions or keywords too.

I have had a Barnes & Noble membership for more than a decade. And, until now, have always been pleased with the service I have received. I realize that owing to the pandemic most corporations have had to modify how they are operating. However, I have received very poor customer service from Barnes and Noble. Indeed, the worst I have received from any corporation recently. On April 30 I purchased a gift card online as a Mothers Day gift. On May 13 I called Barnes and Noble Customer Service to report that I never received the card in the mail. At that time I was told that they were sending me a digital gift card via e-mail as a replacement. To date, I have never received either the gift card in the mail, or the digital gift card via e-mail. Given that I obviously have already contacted their Customer Service regarding this issue, which they failed to resolve, I do not of anything else to do. I see no reason to renew my membership or continue to shop at Barnes and Noble - Gene C. Gerard

Its a really neat place to go and see all the books they have they have about anything you can think off and toys and other things too there is also a starbucks inside so you can have a coffee while you read your books and the staff is really helpful and friendly

This is hands down my favorite bookstore. Even during the holiday rush they had the books and gifts I needed. It’s also a great place to order some coffee and study. Great selection for bookworms and staff is always helpful and friendly.

Lovely to walk through the aisles and see lots of different genres. Cookbooks, advice, manga, music; everything youd hope in book form. And they have even more than just books. I myself just bought these amazing bath bombs. My significant other bought herself a planner to use for work, along with some pens. And the Starbucks is absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend.
