Love my 345 R/T they were very helpful and got the car clean and ready for me pretty fast

Spoke to Mike hes one of the salesman and an all around guy at Ride Time. Prices on all the vehicles were extremely fair. Best price to vehicle condition i found anywhere else. Plus they are local to me and i feel very grateful to have found them. They were very open with the vehicles history and how they go about on purchasing vehicles for their sales lot. Actually met with Mike one day while i was walking the lot for a truck, we stayed in contact through text messaging and scheduled an appointment a few days later to checkout a truck they were working on to come in to the lot. I test drove it and it was everything i wanted. We sat down, negotiated and agreed on a price. I felt comfortable and felt safe being their. We handled the paperwork and i was then out the door. I honestly cant wait to go back to them when Im ready to buy a 2nd vehicle from them. Thanks Mike and the team at Ride Time, you guys were all pleasing to work with.

So I flew out from Out of state to purchase this car, that I was told had no issues, I get there with check engine lights on and the car had no catalytic converter’s which I don’t know how you forgot to tell someone that is coming from out of state. I end up making a deal with them and drove it back just to have other problems pop up like the starter went out on me and can’t even drive it. Point is shop is very shady cool people working but shady people I know they know all the problems it had and just lied to me to get it sold. Not a happy costumer

Terrible experience. Ed lied, and every time I talked to him he was extremely inconsistent regarding the details of the car. Very shady over there. Typical snake oil salesman. They also called and cussed me out afterward, I have the recording of them threatening me as well for leaving a bad review. Ed lied and told me he was the owner. Then I had someone else call and say they were the owner. I spoke to about 3 different people that all claimed to be the owner. Your business will not last long operating with these practices.

Called them about a vehicle they had posted online. They said it ran good. Made a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could pick it up. Was coming from out of state so after purchasing flights and hotels I find the ad still online. Thought that was strange and called to made sure that the vehicle was there. Was then informed that the vehicle has a knock in the motor. Not very reputable and honest.

WARNING: BUYER BEWARE! There is absolutely no way these guys have a 3.8 star rating. These guys must have fake reviews. I dont even want to give them a 1 star (they deserve 0). They all lie! You dont know who to believe. Ed says he the owner, then you speak to someone else and they say theyre the owner. Super shady people! Their place is like a chop shop. Please stay away! I had to edit my posting after I saw the response. Wow, what liars. I have know idea what these guys are talking about with this fake name. I guess they are scrambling trying to justify what they do. Again folks, these people are scam artist.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!Im convinced most of these reviews are fake because there is NO WAYthis place should have more than a one star review!These people are ALL about money and thats it! When I first contacted them, they were as nice as can be. Went on to meet with them, over an hour commute and everything was fine. We laughed, we talked, we joked. We had a good time. I checked out the car, asked all of the right questions, and was straight up lied to! I should have gotten other opinions, but I trusted them.This car had wheel baring issues (that they lied and said they had fixed), they lied about the tires being new, (I contacted them to inform them about it, they ignored me), and they had me riding around with expired plates (bought the car in sept and JUST received the plates on Sat) and every time I contacted them to inquire about my plates, they would ignore me or have the receptionist lie and say they werent there (they did this multiple times). I know they were lying because I heard EDDIE, (The guy I asked for specifically) tell the receptionist something to tell to me while I was still on the phone!! And when i called him and her out about it, they got quiet!I had been nothing but nice and understanding to these people! Even after they lied about the cars condition, up until I realized once they sold the car, they didnt want to have anything to do with me. Its just plain wrong!The car also had other minor issues wrong with it that I have since fixed (windshield wiper fluid container needed to be replaced and the tire that needed to be replaced I had to take that to the shop and buy special tools since the car had locked lug nuts on it and didnt come with a key, the back up camera stopped working, etc.)Do yourself a favor and buy from a more credible dealership who actually cares about more than just a damn dollar!! They are nice at first, but AS SOON AS they sell that car, youre on your own because they WILL ignore you!!PS. Find their facebook page.. you will see more realistic reviews that are similar to my experiences!

The guy that answered the call on my 10th try was rude and pushy. Seemed like selling a vehicle to a very well qualified buyer was too much work for him. I took my business elsewhere and that’s what I would suggest to others. Wasn’t worth my time.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I bought a Lexus 7 months ago and STILL have no received the title. Turns out they never had the title in the first place and are now under investigation by the Department of Motor Vehicles. They will flat out lie to you and tell you the title was “stolen” and that it is “coming next week”. They offered us a refund and also never went through with it because it supposedly wasn’t their car to sell. Absolute joke of a dealership, once again DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Easiest time I’ve had in a dealership in a long time, told mike my budget and what kind of car I was looking for, he pointed me towards a few options that met my criteria, I decided which one I wanted, then Ed made the process go by really quick I was in and out of this dealership within an hour! Great people definitely recommend, thanks mike and Ed.

Slightly overpriced, wish I would have looked a little bit deeper at the vehicle purchased before buying, soon figured out that the vehicle purchased leaks tons of oil and the transmission seals are bad, over all they tried their best to appear as if they had my best interest in mind but not super satisfied with the vehicle I got.

Bought a 2000 Ford Excursion from them a few weeks ago. I’m in OKC and the young man that I dealt with was very responsive. I did the whole transaction over the phone and they delivered the truck within a few days. I’ll use them again next time if they have what I need.

Buying the truck was easy. Getting the title and plates has been another story Ive callee several times and they say they should be here within the week been waiting 2 weeks still nothing call the registration place in dallas come to find out they havent even sent stuff in to have things switched over. So now I have a truck I cant even drive cause my paper plate has been out for 2 weeks😡 Not a happy person!!!

Great customer service

Ride time is probably the most straight up dealership there is. Ed and Mike really helped me out in getting approved and getting me the car I want.

Please I warn you do not get a car from them. Got a car from them (2015 Chrysler 200 blue) in October not even a few days with it & it broke down. Took the car to get it looked at different mechanics they couldnt get it fix 100%. Got the dealership to fix it for free. When i went to go get the car in late November found out it still wasnt fixed 100%. This dealership even refused to release the car back to me until I had made the first payment. For over a month now Ive been going back & fourth with this dealership to return the car. This dealership has changed there story about this car so many times. I have proof of what they have been telling me. December is almost up they still seem unable to do there job properly. (They couldnt even stop from eating to speak to me properly when I had gone down in person to speak with them.) It takes me 3 hours on the bus to get to work & from work & dealing with a family members chemo/radiation treatments & still working a full time job this is not the stress I needed. So I am making payments on a car that doesnt even work & that I dont even have.(UPDATE...they kept all my money even the payments on my car that was not theres to keep in the first place)I have never met such childish unprofessional people. Just because we speak the same language doesnt mean we are friends dont forget we are your clients. I pray you get what you deserve. KARMA.Like a said before I have proof of what I was promised to me.

They posted this Jeep for 12,999 and when arrived the price increased over 2K for the “new wheels and tires added” that in fact are brand new but are the same from the original post, not good making business just to waste your time.

Blake was straightforward and genuine amazing service.

If I could rate ZERO I would. Ride time sold me a 2004 PT Crusier about a month back. The car is in HORRIBLE condition and they actually passed inspections which they shouldn’t have done (I’ve gotten it retested 2 weeks after the purchase by a family friend, it failed). Check engine light comes on and off and the oil light consistently stays on. Repairs in total equal more than $1,200. When we asked what was wrong, the sales asaociate said “nothing at all”. Leaving absolutely NO room for us to consider our options. Just another used car dealer lieing for a sale. Very disappointed due to being pointed to this dealer from good reviews. Will be calling tomorrow to find corrective orders of action.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I bought a car from here and a day later the engine light came on having problems with the catylic converter. Then refused to fix it unless we payed “half” we fought with them for a month even protested they said they would pay it all just to get me to get done protesting but then refused and said whoever I talked to they don’t know who he was btw he was the owners brother and helps with the place I know who he was but we finally just gave up and gave in. Then the engine light came on AGAIN after a week of fixing it to find out they didn’t even do the job right. So we just decided to go and fix it ourselves to another mechanic just because we know they aren’t helpful people. After fixing it the transmission went out the next day. At this point I’m just upset and fustrated it’s been over a month I’ve had this car and I haven’t had it longer than 2 weeks with out giving me a problem. They took advantage of a Hispanic 18 year old girl who all she wanted was a car for work and school and I can’t even do that. I saved up for a whole year for that car and i didn’t even have it for that long. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE because THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
